A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Excellent place to spend a few quiet days and rest. The environment is beautiful and offers you possibilities to stroll and enjoy the area. The views are spectacular and it is very close to a couple of very nice coves as well. Definitely worth it

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

The apartment is wonderful! Very well located, close to the beach and markets, which made our stay much easier. The house was clean, well maintained, with basic utensils available and a parking space, which was a great advantage. O atendimento do Sr. José was excellent! Always very attentive, he quickly answered all our questions and was very flexible with the check-in. Thank you very much for your attention, Mr. José! The lady who handed us the keys was also extremely friendly and welcoming — unfortunately, I forgot her name, but here's our thanks. We felt very welcome and we would definitely stay with them again!

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. We and the kids love Alexandre and Sandra's apartment. It is very spacious, with a large balcony, with all the necessary utilities; the apartment is very clean. Communication is excellent, always with quick answers from Ms. Sandra. The location is great, in the center of Albir with the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance to 5-7 minutes in different directions of course. Even though you live in the CENTER, it is a quiet place! (but on 16.08 in the public parking, next to this building there was a spectacular fireworks show at night from 24.00 to 1.00 - at the end there was a bombing! like in war - people were hiding behind walls / walls, still making videos with their hands outstretched - I have never experienced such a bombing during similar fireworks shows - a bit scary, like everyone watching). But the next day on Sunday every (on vacation?) there is a bazaar, - worth visiting. A parking space in a dark, cool garage is very useful, especially during the peak tourist

Definitely worthwhile. It is quite a walk uphill, but that is good for the condition. Clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

Paula is quite possibly the most friendly, responsive host I have ever dealt with. The apartment was perfectly located for us, we know the area well. The apartment itself had ample linen, towels, beach towels etc. The key holder was lovely and friendly. We didn’t use the aircon as we found it more productive to have all patio doors open and let the air blow through naturally. We did use the washing machine and kettle but nothing else in the kitchen as we ate out. We did use the fridge for bits and bobs. For those not familiar with the area you are on the main high street, with all shops, bars, restaurants around you. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely use this apartment again. Perfect location for a holiday in the seaside toen of Javea, near to the rocky beach. The apartment is fully equipped and very cosy.

Beautiful luxury villa, with great facilities. Great kitchen and grill opportunities! The host was very friendly, hospitable and answered quickly. Would definitely recommend, looking forward to our next visit!

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Fantastic home, located in an highly accessible position to the beautiful and quaint old town of Altea. The property is extremely well appointed and very spick and span!! Therese was very hands on, making the check-in and check-out process very easy. Would recommend this property to other AirBNB users, without hesitation.

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.
