Family-friendly vacation rentals in Playa de Punta Umbría

Orlando and his wife Armanda are super hosts. They are very friendly and communicative. Their place is very peaceful and lovely. They have allowed us to pick up fresh oranges and eggs . We have loved our stay in their place. We just wish the weather was more warmer so we could use a pool more ☀️

We had a great time at Patrick and Telma's place who warmly welcomed and advised us. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. Ideal for families with children and people looking for the serenity of the holidays. The accommodation is very well equipped and we did not lack anything! We'll be happy to go back!

Ana is a wonderful host, she met us at the property and showed us around, she have us lots of helpful hints and tips about the locality. I had a couple of questions during our stay and she responded within minutes, offering to come over if required. The house was spacious and very clean. Everything you could want was provided which was excellent because we didn't have to go out immediately to buy anything. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, a wide range of spices, olive oil, etc etc. There was body wash in the bathrooms and towels were provided for the hot tub too. The location is perfect, so close to town and to plenty of shops bars cafes and restaurants. This was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience and we would happily return. Thanks Ana, much appreciated

Very happy with my stay. Apartment was perfect for my needs. No complaints at all. Location was perfect for what I needed.

We had a great time. The place is peaceful, very safe for our 3 and 6 year old children, who spent their time observing animals and playing with the available facilities, really allowing us to rest. Our host was not only very welcoming, but also extremely caring, always there to give advice and let us taste the products from her garden. The place is on average a 10-20 minute drive to beautiful beaches. Not only do we recommend this place, but we might even come back...

This is a remarkable residence if you value space, peace and comfort in a beautiful aesthetic. The best of all was the large terrace that has the benefit of sunrise and sunset. Pack your bags, you'll love it and Tavira is always a treat yo visit. Just dont tell anyone else!!

House with a lot of charm, it is difficult to translate in words the magic that it feels to be inside and outside, the wonderful pool. A lot of taste and affection in every corner.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Like home from home. Luis communicated well and accommodated our requests. Close to restaurants and easy access to the beach via boat or if you have a car, there are loads of options for things to do. W’ed recommend this apartment.

Communication with Beatriz was very easy from days before check-in. The apartment is just like the photos, and right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again

The best location. One step away from the beach and the promenade. Shopping area within a 5-minute walk. Rocio was helpful at all times and super quick to answer. Everything was easy. One of the best places we've stayed on vacation. Extremely well-appointed apartment, with a balcony where we can relax. Organized apartment, well-used space and super clean. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, and close to everything. The host is very helpful. We advise, recommend and want to return.

Brilliant stay at Denise’s place, you need a car but it’s close to tavira and other small towns and not too far from central Algarve. We stayed for a night and enjoyed a lovely drink on the terrace probably one of the nicest views and drinks of our trip The room was cool even though it was hot outside and clean with all the things we needed Lovely place

Our second stay here, the host is very communicative and accommodating, the house is in a wonderful location close to one of the most beautiful beaches with everything you need for a lovely stay. We can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely place with a large terrace overlooking the harbour. Beautiful place to sit in the evening and have a drink. Everything was great and would come back. Only word of warning is that we followed the app's directions and ended up in the wrong place. Make sure to get a PIN from the owner who is very responsive.

The space is beautiful and looks very well cared for. They allowed us to arrive a little earlier and communication was very efficient.

The Villa is clearly amazing, the garden is impeccable, the bed linen clean, the house is very well equipped and well furnished (wall vacuum cleaner, radio, equipped kitchen) the only and really the only small concern is the comfort of the mattresses which in our opinion was not at the level of the villa. The house was lovely & super clean. I particularly enjoyed having such new and good shape kitchen ware as well as kitchen appliances, it did felt like home. The Terraces are awesome and location is very good. Ana is a super host, always responsive and providing really fast feedback. We had some wonderful holidays during our stay. What a wonderful apartment,everything you needed for a long or short stay , bed was very comfortable,pillows were so good I went and bought same ones from ikea to take home . Bathroom was very nice ,large living room and bedroom ,2 min walk to supermarket,15 min walk from Tavira .Easy to use Uber to get taxi to mar shopping center in Almancil around 23 euro each way .Had a great holiday in this apartment

A beautiful villa with a huge pool surrounded by beautiful countryside. The kids loved exploring & the hosts were very responsive with a few issues which arose. We would love to return!
