Spanish Amazing studio with beach front, fully equipped with TV, microwave, air conditioning and heating. The complex has gardens, swimming pools, tennis courts, and an indoor parking area The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glasses, plates, coffee maker, fridge and cutlery. Sheets, pillowcases, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. The kitchen has two burners. On the ground floor of the building there is a restaurant with a menu There are also restaurants, bars, supermarkets, hotels, shopping area, cafes, near the Shopping Center and Ocio Plaza Mayor and Torremolinos. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has access to two swimming pools, one for adults supervised and one for children The pools only work in summer, from mid-June to mid-September (in summer) although on the beach you can bathe almost all year round. The development has parking areas in the interior streets, which are accessed by remote control. In July and August it is very difficult to park as there are almost twice as many apartments as parking spaces. I give a remote control to guests who request it so that they can access the interior of the development by car after a deposit of 50 euros, which will be returned when they return the remote control in working order. (Only one car per apartment can enter). Supermarkets, hotels, bars, shopping area, cafes, near Plaza Mayor Torremolinos.( In July and August, the minimum rental is one week.)

Apartment with private pool and garden, ground floor of a 3 story house. Quiet development in Torremolinos. Kitchen with refrigerator, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic stovetop and washing machine. Bathroom with new toilet and shower. Internet TV with Amazon Prime and retro video games. We have a crib. Carbon BBQ, Pingpong, high-speed WiFi. Easy parking, maximum 100 meters away, 22 minutes walk to the beach. Bus, supermarket and train 7-13 minutes away.

The apartment is located in a building that has common green areas and a community pool open only in the summer season from approximately June 23 to September 21. There is a cafeteria bar in the complex, supermarket and hairdresser. The apartment is a very nice, charming and functional studio. With extraordinary sea views. Air conditioning and television. The location is privileged due to its proximity to the sea (10 min on foot/800 meters), airport, suburban train station and highways.

Comfortable and practical apartment a few meters from the beach with everything you need for a couple or a family to spend a few days or weeks on vacation full of pleasant moments! Important: The pool opens for Easter and from June 1 to September 30 - In May and early October we can use the Playamar pool!! It's the same distance as the main one :-)
