Welcome to this magnificent penthouse with panoramic views that has it all! Newly renovated and in top condition! A spacious corner apartment with a large living room and two large bedrooms, where all rooms have access to the generous terrace, in a southwest location. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, both with a "waterfall" shower. Directly as you enter this penthouse you will see the beautiful sea view. The spacious living room is flooded with light from a full window wall with fully glazed French doors opening onto the terrace. The living room accommodates a large sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs, and a dining area for up to 6 people. The living room has a large (55-inch) Smart TV, with built-in Chromecast. From the living room, you enter the kitchen, which also has a large, fully glazed French door leading out to the terrace.
