Amazing beach front apartment

What an absolute gem of a place ! My friend and I are seasoned travellers and are accustomed to quality standards when it comes to accommodation. Harsh’s place exceeded our expectations from the offset. The communication was fantastic by both hosts, covering not only the accommodation but the local area too. The accommodation is welcoming/ spotless and has all the amenities and facilities you require with ample space. The balcony is spacious and being at a top level has great views of the pool and the beach/sea. The lift is ideal for elders or those with young children. Most of all the place felt safe and secure. The idyllic beach is 2 minutes away. and within another 5 minutes you hit the promenade where there are multiple shops / coffee shops / bars / restaurants with a wide variety or choice to suit everyone’s needs. A further 10 minutes and you are at a quaint marina. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families or even couples looking for an enjoyable retreat.

Maria Belen was absolutely kind. We were greeted by Maria Belen who explained everything to us to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. The accommodation was as described, perfect for our family, very comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located. We recommend Maria Belen for her generosity, kindness, and smile. We'll be back to take advantage of the perfect location of her apartment.

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

Very friendly and sweet hosts Inma and Jordi. Short contact lines. We were 6 adults and 4 children with our family. The villa was very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Including 3 bathrooms and various chill and play areas. Greatly enjoyed the pool the garden and the beach. Boulevard, village Benicarló and Peniscola easily accessible on foot. Lots of sights and entertainment in the vicinity. Public transportation at the doorstep as well as plenty of catering amenities. Close to the airport 30 minutes. In short, ideal holiday for a large family. Space and entertainment. Repeatable.

Spacious and modernized villa, with lots of amenities and touches. We were very comfortable as a family. Surely on other dates we would have used the pool every day, but at Christmas it was not important. Thanks to Frederic and Nadine who were very attentive and flexible.

An impressive duplex in Las Fuentes

We had a great time, the area is super quiet, near the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes around the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at your own home, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. One small drawback is that sometimes, and especially when it rained, the pipes in the downstairs bathroom smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat it, we recommend staying at Scot's house.

Our very best recommendations! A lovely apartment with a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and Peniscola right on the beach. Walking distance to town with restaurants and shopping. Nice approach and good communication with the host. We would love to come back!

It's one of the best places we've stayed in. Clean apartment with everything it advertises. Good location. Right across from the beach, next to bars and restaurants. Also a camping to walk the dog or go running and a dog park just a few meters away. In 15 minutes walking you are in the castle. Safe area since the building is shared with the Local Police. Thanks to the instructions provided by the owner the check-in is self contained and easy. We will certainly repeat.

The treatment of Rafa and his family was very attentive. He answered all the questions we had before we went. The apartment is great, it is very comfortable because you go directly to the pedestrian area to go to the beach. The features of the apartment were just as described. It is very well located because it is close to everything and there is no car and is also sleepy, no noise. Ideal to go with children, they had a great time, they didn't stop at any time. Even to go with babies is great because in the garden area that there is before going to the beach it is full of shadows of trees. The beach is a mix of sand and stone, although about a kilometer away is the black dog beach that is sandy. From there you can easily visit Oropesa in a train and bike routes can be made. Thank you Rafa to you and your family for the treatment I received.

Everything was perfect! Accommodation of impeccable cleanliness with all the essentials for a great stay (hygiene products, towels, coffee and condiments). The living room is very large and comfortable to stay in. The master bedroom with its private bathroom is fine. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. Perfect welcome, Magda is an extraordinary kindness. Air conditioning is in the hallway that gives access to the bedrooms. It allows you to spend a night in the cool which is very nice with the heat. The view is simply beautiful! The garage next to the apartment with the private space is a real plus even if we had no worries about parking in front of the apartment. Perfect value for money! We will come back without hesitation!

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s place! The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and only two minutes to Aldi and Mercadona supermarkets. The place was spotless, and Andrea went above and beyond by providing us with two baby cots, which was such a thoughtful touch. The environment is calm, family-friendly, and very welcoming. Andrea was incredibly nice and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities nearby!

Lucia's apartment is great. All very new and very clean. There was everything you need to spend a great few days. The area is very quiet but with the fiber connection whenever you need it you can be connected. In addition, Lucia has always been careful to inform everything with sufficient time. It is a very recommended place to disconnect and be quiet, especially by the pool, in which it is very comfortable and very fresh. If we can we wouldn't hesitate to repeat it.

VERY GOOD TREATMENT BY THE HOST, FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. CLEAN, ORDERLY APARTMENT AND THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING NECESSARY. THE BATHROOM WAS RENOVATED. SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE AVAILABLE.

The chalet is very spacious and the urbanization in which it is located is very well cared for, pool included. It has front and back porch, great for breakfast/lunch/dinner with detachable tables and very good space; two terraces (very useful for putting clothes on) and the rooms are very good in size. The kitchen is well equipped although it goes a little fair (normal for a vacation home). The beach is 5 min walk and the area is very quiet. In general we are very happy, we went with 3 small children and we definitely recommend it.

Thank you for the nice days in your great apartment which you have furnished with love, stylishly and harmoniously, we felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and the palm trees from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the balcony is fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for us. Short distances from the underground parking space to the apartment, excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aldi and Mercadona are within walking distance in 3 minutes. Tip, in the Mercadonna back left, food is cooked daily and various food can be taken away. We ate very well and inexpensively at the Acapulco restaurant a few steps south of the apartment towards the sea. There is local cuisine and also very delicious pizza. Too bad we have to go home already!
