Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment of 45 m2 with a spacious balcony. The nicely decorated apartment is sunny, light and has beautiful sea as pool view. Its very centrally located, 3 min walk to the lively centre of town and (underground) train station. Here you also find San Miguel shopping streets and many bars and restaurants. It is only a 10 min walk to the Bajondillo beach. The airport is 10 min by train and in 20 min you will reach the heart of Malaga with its beautiful harbour and old town.

It will be a dream for you if what you're looking for is to put on your swimsuit and in less than a minute be walking on the sand of the beach. In the heart of La Carihuela's promenade, with everything you need around you: restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, gift shops... The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, on the first floor with a balcony. In the past, all these buildings were fishermen's houses, so they are usually two-story buildings that do not have an elevator.

This beautiful home is newly renovated, we have given it a personal touch and a lot of love. It is located 200 meters from the beach, close to good restaurants, beach bars, a bus stop in front and close to the train. It has Wi-Fi, A/C, and a large window that opens onto a terrace so you can enjoy a wonderful ocean view. The building is quiet, family-friendly, with green spaces. Ideal to disconnect or stay connected while teleworking.
