Its are located on the first floor and is accessed by elevator or stairs either from Carreta Street or from Remedi Street. ALTEA ROOMS 03 has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a cozy coffee corner with a toaster, capsule coffee machine, sandwich maker, microwave, blender, and egg cooker. It also has a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a table for two. Complete kitchenware, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, and cups, is provided to ensure guests have everything they need for their stay. Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Brand new apartment in the heart of Altea magical Old Town, finished to the highest spec. Very cosy, comfortable and beautiful. Stunning large bathroom fitted with walk in shower, high pressured hot/cold water, large sink, toiletries and towels. Brand new kitchen fitted with induction, fridge, dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need, crockery, cutlery and automatic Krups coffee machine. Beautifully decorated stylish patio. Big bedroom and living space. Only Internet TV.

Located in the town center and less than 200m from the brand new beach and Altea’s beautiful promenade. It is very close to the Health Center, Local Police, Town Hall, TRAM station (Denia-Alicante), bus stop (Alfaz and Benidorm), supermarkets (MERCADONA, MAS Y MAS) and small local businesses in the most commercial street of Altea. Access to the Old Town of Altea is a 15 min walk.

PRIMERA LÍNEA DE PLAYA EN ALTEA

Apartamento completo situado en primera línea de playa con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estancia en el bonito pueblo de Altea. Consta de 4 habitaciones: La suite equipada con cama de matrimonio desde la que puedes ver el mar. Hay otras tres habitaciones, una con una cama de matrimonio 135 cm y otras dos habitaciones con dos camas de 90cm cada una. La ubicación es excelente, está en el centro del pueblo y acceso directo a la playa. Cuenta con 2 baños, garaje y aire acondicionado.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Altea's old town. It has two double bedrooms and a single sofa bed (Upon request when booking) Sleeps up to 5 people. You'll enjoy magnificent views of the Sierra Bernia and the coast. From the balcony of the other room you have views of Calle San Miguel and in the background our Church of Consuelo. Nearby you have a wide variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, and craft shops. You also have free parking.
