Monthly Rentals in Playa Buceo

Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

The apartment was spotless. Super comfortable, very good location and you don't need a car to enjoy your stay. It has a supermarket, currency exchange, bars, restaurants and above all the beach just around the corner. I would 100% recommend this place.

WOW! I read the reviews and this beautiful modern,super clean apartment is in a nice, safe ,well kept neighborhood is as advertised. 5 STARS!!! I stayed for a week. Its's a few blocks from the Rambla and Shopping. From check in to check out Augustina and her beautiful mother were so accommodating. I must note there was a city wide black out for a few hours and Augustina ,even though she was on vacation, texted me within 5 min to give me instructions . First class . I will be back

Very well located, clean and safe place. The gym , the pool, grocery store and pharmacy within the building is a plus!
