Spacious studio apartment in a new designer building, with parking, full-equiped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, living room with 50´ Smart TV with DirecTV, balcony with a beautiful clear view of the city skyline, washing machine, double bed, spacious bathroom. The building is very nice and has a gym and free garage for your use. The location is the best in the city (Golf), green, peaceful, safe and close to everything (Punta Carretas Shopping, Parque Rodó, Ciudad Vieja, Rambla, beach).

Art Deco style apartment in front of the Mercado del Puerto, duplex type, with private bathroom, balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the tourist pedestrian Pérez Castellano. The room now has a double size bed. It was painted in January 2019 and the fourth floor was laminated. It has several amenities such as a living room, wifi, and a large library with classics of Uruguayan and Latin American literature.
