Located meters from the Rambla, next to the Center and Historic District. The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!

Being one block from the main avenue (18 de Julio) there are a large number of services, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, money exchanges, etc. There are also other places of interest very close by such as the Rambla Sur de Montevideo, Mercado del Puerto, Teatro Solis, the cathedral, among others.

The room now has a double size bed. It was painted in January 2019 and the fourth floor was laminated.
