House in a central area of La Aguada neighborhood, very accessible; blocks from downtown, the Tres Cruces terminal and universities. Large private patio, grill and wood-burning stove. Open concept. On the ground floor is the living room, desk, kitchen bar, kitchen and full bathroom. The top floor is an open loft with a bed with two single mattresses or an optional double bed. Casa de estilo, terminaciones excepcionales. Recientemente reciclada a nuevo. Desarrollada básicamente en una planta, salvo la suite principal que se encuentra en planta alta. Pisos de Madera de en Roble nuevo en toda la casa. 4 Dormitorios, 5 Baños completos. Muy buena orientación con fondo, piscina y galería al Norte (sol toda la tarde) La casa cuenta con 2 cocinas completas, horno de pan/pizzas, enorme piscina. Amplias cocheras para guardar hasta 3 o 4 autos. Seguridad CCTV, Vigilancia.

A house decorated with style and warmth. YOU'LL LOVE IT! Located on one of the most beautiful streets in Carrasco, surrounded by greenery and palm trees. A very quiet and safe area. Beautiful house in Punta Carretas.

Enjoy a beautiful and warm house in the best location in Punta Carretas, just half a block from the Rambla and one block from Shopping Punta Carretas. The area is perfect for walking dinner, with some of the best restaurants in Montevideo within walking distance. Excellent comfort for the winter with central gas heating, I assure you that you will not be cold.
