Beachfront vacation rentals in Platja de la Patacona

Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

Fantastic location for the beach, and very easy to get into town. The flat is spacious and has a great communal space. Inés was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

The marina is a great location for the beach and many bars and restaurants and a short taxi ride away to the central of Valencia. We stayed on the boat for three nights and had a lovely time. The boat is fairly small inside but had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Daniel is friendly and helpful. He responded quickly to our questions and requests. It was especially nice that he booked us a Padel court on a fast schedule. We also got to borrow the game equipment from him. He even went to buy us balls separately. The storage of rental bikes was also well organized. The housing association had strict rules, so the area was very peaceful. We got a good rest.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. A dream place, a little getaway is not enough, nice place to feel good as if on an island. Well-maintained modern and chic chalet, everything looks like the photos… thank you Alejandro and Sherry for this excellent welcome and support, especially for your kindness, the children enjoyed it. 👌🙏

Clean, comfortable, and the beach was across the street. The patio terrace was wide with room for a dining table for four and drying rack. Views were great. Quiet area. Can’t comment on pool since does not open until mid June but did not matter since beach was close, clean, and enjoyable. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Sorsi e Morsi which had great homemade pasta.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is located very close to a beautiful beach, which is the biggest advantage of this place! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 5. In addition, something that surprised us very much was the prepared beach towels for each guest, which made it very easy for us to sunbathe. We recommend this place!

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Perfect for a getaway. The location is perfect for seeing Valencia and also relaxing on the beach.
