This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful Finca. It is so peaceful and such a wonderful way to experience Mallorca. The gorgeous pool area was definitely a highlight! The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Everyone was also so lovely and helpful during our stay. We also loved the extra touches and attention to detail such as the gorgeous fresh flowers around the property. Would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back!

Starting with the host, she was kind enough to text to make sure everything was ok and we werent in need of anything else. Through out our stay, she was always available, answered sraight away and we had a lovely catch up and conversation when we crossed paths one evening so I can also say she seems like a lovely person. Now the place. Tidy, clean and it felt like home. Again, Andrea seems to be in all the details (you'll see!!) Things that were a must for me: * confortable bed: it was! No back pain during my 3 night stay💪🏻. * cleanliness: i am inmuno compromised so that is a big must. Again, Andrea did not disappoint. Bedroom, (sheets, towels, even beach towels seemed new) barhroom, was spotless, and even though it was shared we had no issues with with it) * common areas: this, for me was the best. I never use them but here, well, i felt just at home. We even had meals there and everything we needed was available to us. Even had space in the fridge!

The bedroom is totally cute, lovingly decorated and very inviting - much nicer than in the photos. The view from the window to a courtyard opposite the street with a palm tree made the room extremely comfortable. Even though the room was not large enough for a seat next to the bed, the bright materials made it feel airy and larger than it was. The bed was very comfortable. The spacious and also very bright bathroom was very clean and also very lovingly equipped with furniture and furnishings. The facility corresponded exactly to the description.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Palma! The location was perfect for exploring the city. The apartment was very clean and conveniently furnished.
