In the middle of the Morvan, at 650 m altitude at the end of the road, is this vacation home, where dogs are welcome. The house is separate from a small campsite (10 places). At 3 km distance is the Lac des Settons with beautiful beaches and water sports opportunities. From this place you can hike, bike, mountain bike and horseback ride. The house offers a fantastic view over the valley where our lake is located in which you can swim. In the peak season, rentals are available for the whole week, starting Saturday.

It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.
