Notre très gentil chat Gaston sera présent durant votre séjour :-) Bienvenue au Moulin situé au bord de la rivière du Cousin en Bourgogne. Il est localisé à l’entrée du célèbre parc naturel du Morvan à 2min en voiture du centre ville d’Avallon. Le lieu est unique, bucolique et paisible (entouré de forêt). Le parc fait 1 hectare et est traversé par 3 rivières (dont 1 passant sous la maison). Possibilité de pêcher sur une barque (truite, brochet etc.) et de se baigner dans la rivière du jardin.

Eco Lodge by the lake of Chaumeçon - Wooden chalet

Located near Lake Chaumeçon, two small, eco-friendly, ranch-style wooden chalets sit within a 5-hectare wooded property accessible via a 1 km dirt track. They are completely off-grid, featuring solar panels and running spring water. Each chalet offers all the comforts needed for your stay, including a fridge, gas-powered hot water, and a wood-burning stove for heating. We provide a canoe for outings on the lake, as well as mountain bikes available upon reservation.

Enjoy peace and nature. You can do that in our detached house. Equipped with a large garden and located on a very spacious and sunny open spot in the woods on a dead-end road. From the house, you can walk right into the woods, and your dog is welcome. From the terrace, you have a magnificent view of the adjacent meadows. The area is very popular because of the many hiking and biking possibilities. All amenities (bakery and various supermarkets) are nearby.

The house is a through house, facing north/south, so you will enjoy light all day long in the two gardens on either side of the house. Just 100 meters away is the Canal du Nivernais, which runs along the Yonne River. You can swim, fish, walk, or bike there… At the end of the garden, direct access to the river with canoe available.

Hi. The house is located 250 meters from Lake Chaumeçon, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park in a small hamlet. You have access to the whole house and the land of about 1000 m2. The lake is next door, crossing a field, and you have the option to swim and go canoeing, which we provide. The house is very quiet and we will be happy to host you.
