Il est localisé à l’entrée du célèbre parc naturel du Morvan à 2min en voiture du centre ville d’Avallon. Le lieu est unique, bucolique et paisible (entouré de forêt). Le parc fait 1 hectare et est traversé par 3 rivières (dont 1 passant sous la maison). Possibilité de pêcher sur une barque (truite, brochet etc.) et de se baigner dans la rivière du jardin.

The area is very popular because of the many hiking and biking possibilities. All amenities (bakery and various supermarkets) are nearby.
