Poised on 10 beautiful acres with mountain views, you will be 17 miles from Santa Fe, 2 miles from the charming little village of Los Cerrillos, and 5 miles from the popular artsy mining town of Madrid. You can hike right out the door, and enjoy out-of-this-world star gazing, and amazing sunrises and sunsets!

The Casita offers a private courtyard and entrance, an outdoor pool (May 15 to October 15), and an on- demand hot tub (year-round, no jets).

The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Comfortably furnished, private space with its own entrance in Rio Rancho. Close to Albuquerque and amenities but in quiet location away from traffic. Cute neighborhood and with viewing of hot air balloons most days. Cozy up or have the space to come home to after exploring the area. Queen-size, comfortable bed, huge bathroom and closet, and front room with TV, coffee station, and dining table. Outside plenty of room, charcoal grill, patio, and hammock.
