Amazing sea view apartment

Our 3 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

My place is close to the airport. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor wheel chair friendly. Nearby horse riding, quad safari, adventure park, also, explore wine, olive and honey roads of Istria. A nice and cosy apartment, renovated in 2022, located in a quiet street on the first floor in a family house, perfect for a family vacation. The apartment is located 5 minute walk from beautiful beaches, it has a shared fireplace in the yard and lovely balcony looking on an organic garden! Walls are decorated with original hand - painted decorations made by my mother:)
