Peace and quiet Sistak house with a lovely garden

At the entrance to the city in a very quiet environment is our charming stone house surrounded by a large garden where you will have peace and privacy, and in just a few minutes drive you will be on the beach or downtown. One of the great restaurants is nearby. The house is spacious with a large veranda where you will enjoy overlooking the beautiful garden. Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.

Everything perfect, very nice apartment - completely clean and tastefully decorated. All newly made and no unnecessary nipples. The pool is super nice and located directly opposite the apartment (you have to go to the other "side of the street", but the street is almost only a small path at the end of a dead end). Helena (the landlady) is super nice and accommodating, she made everything possible. Thank you for the wonderful week!

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. Who is looking for peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet 10 minutes from the sea, a warm recommendation for Lara's house in Bartići

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

We were allowed to stay with Ivan as a larger group for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house, pool and outdoor area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is wonderful. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here over 11 nights. It has everything you could need within walking distance, restaurants, shops, bars, beaches, coastline, city centre, and little peninsulas to explore. We didn’t have a car and didn’t feel like we needed one once. As others have said Boro the housekeeper is available if you need anything, and keeps the pool area spotless. Inside the house is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of things in the kitchen to cook with. If we ever find ourselves in Pula again I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Half an hour drive from Pula and its attractions, 10-minute walk to the sea and dog-friendly beaches and 5-minute drive to Fazana and then to the boats to the islands. But above all, a Host available for anything (The wind knocked down a tent and after a few hours his father came to fix it) and an apartment that makes you feel at home!

Had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The location was perfect – quiet and idyllic, yet close enough to all the major attractions. The garden was beautifully maintained and the pool was a real highlight, especially on the hot days. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well appointed. The host was friendly and available for questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay, which we are happy to recommend!

It really all worked out: the cozy and tasteful house with an enclosed garden where the dog could run free. Very quiet, peaceful surroundings, just a few steps to the beach. Green, fragrant forests and meadows, clear water, a pure delight. Alica is really a 'superhost': the communication and accessibility was great, she provided us with tips on restaurants and with samples of regional specialties. Overall, a great mix of friendly care and pleasant restraint. We felt very comfortable.
