Vacation rentals in Pješčana Uvala

We were welcomed into the house by the owners upon our arrival and they immediately showed themselves to be friendly and helpful. In addition to showing the spaces of the house and the main features, we were immediately informed of recently completed modernization works. In fact, the bathrooms had been renovated and modified in design, making them more modern. The house was very cozy and spacious; the large outdoor garden was very much appreciated by our dog. Overall, the house is very close to a beach, restaurants, and bars. Instead, we preferred to use the car (5 min by road) to buy food to eat at home, given the high prices of the nearby markets. We relaxed a lot, thank you so much to the host!

We had a great holiday at Pješčana Uvala. We visited nice beaches nearby, restaurants and bar with live music and beautiful vocals which helped to put are children to sleep also. There are also a basketball and valleyball courts and playground where you can feel Croatian sports spirit every evening. Apartment had everything what you need amd more for a small family and Sanja&Marina were great hosts. Thank you both. Don

Dubravko is a very friendly host. Communication from booking to departure was always very fast, competent, informative and very pleasant. Very good directions with photos. The apartment is modern and very well decorated. Everything is in very good condition and was very clean. From the balcony you have a very nice view over the bay of Pjescana Uvala. There is always something to discover, especially sailing and motor yachts entering and exiting the harbor. The amenities are very good, everything you need in the kitchen is there, especially enough dishes, glasses and cutlery. Everything is as described. The central air conditioning in the living room/dining room is installed in such a way that it indirectly also pleasantly cools the two bedrooms. Parking right outside the front door. In a maximum of 5 minutes you can walk to a small grocery store, a bakery, several restaurants and especially the beach of the place. To Pula center by car about 15 min.

Great apartment! Have a lot of stairs - can be hardly reachable by old or disabled people. 300 m from the beach and is located on very quite street. Everything is quite new and sparkling clean. Love and care are felt in every detail There is everything you need in the apartment, bathroom and in the kitchen. You have your own private parking place. Since we booked at very short notice, we did not expect to find such great service. It's only been 5 minutes between booking and personal check-in. Branko as well as the owner communicated very well with us. The apartment itself is in a wonderful central location but still very quiet. The neighborhood was also extremely friendly and apparently all the people in the place are very fond of animals, which was a great advantage for us. We really enjoyed our time in this apartment and will definitely rent it more often this year.

Slaven was really welcoming and the position is superb to reach Stoja, Verudela and Premantura beaches. The apartment is near the sea access and even nearer to a very good restaurant. We really enjoyed our holidays here!

Stefan and his wife were super warm from the first second. We were greeted with schnapps and had nice conversations on the terrace. The Airbnb and the location were just fantastic. 5 min to the beach and Pula was less than 15 min by car. We can only recommend coming before the high season because it was so pleasant at this time. Stefan was always available for questions. We enjoyed the time very much and our dog also felt comfortable and was treated lovingly by the two. We will be back! Thank you for everything ❤️

We were in the house with 2 children and 4 adults. The layout is perfect for a family with grandparents. Due to the temperatures, we really appreciated the air conditioning. The contact with Konstantin was great, the reception very warm. We felt right at home. Due to the parking situation in high season, the parking in front of the house is worth its weight in gold. The location of the house is great. The beach is right nearby. Everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. There is also a playground and sports field for children nearby. All in all, a great overall package.
