Vacation rentals in Općina Medulin

Very nice and quiet house in Croatian style, nicely furnished, very clean and maintained with beautiful garden and pool. Perfect with dog, completely fenced. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back. The hosts are very nice and likeable.

Sandra and her family were amazing, as was our stay. Flexible check-in (and checkout!) and very friendly. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house after only just meeting them. Welcome snacks and drinks were very thoughtful, as was access to laundry and the bikes. The location is great; walkable to a great local restaurant and only few minutes drive to even more....with water front views. There are so many amazing places in the area to check out. And the jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after each day exploring. I can't say enough great things about Sandra, her place and our experience. Hands down, 5-stars! :) Thank you!!

Staying in this suite was truly amazing. From the moment we walked in, you could see how much care and love was put into every detail of the decor. The apartment is decorated with style and taste – everything is harmonized, clean and tidy, with a clear aesthetic that creates a sense of home, not a temporary place to stay. The apartment is fully equipped – everything you may need is there, in excellent condition. We were especially blown away by the host's attention – we were greeted with a cold beer and a sweet surprise in the form of Easter chocolates. The location is great – quiet yet very close to everything you need. Private parking is a big plus, as is a small balcony that provides a corner of peace for morning coffee. Dragan was extremely responsive, friendly and professional – communication was quick and clear, and we are most grateful for the bike rental recommendation. Any accommodation recommendations for those who want an excursion to Brijuni or an active holiday on Parenzana - everything is half an hour away by car.

Had an amazing stay at the villa. Great location, close to the airport and has many good restaurants, beaches and natural scenery nearby. The place was new, clean, in a wonderful condition with all necessary amenities. Would 100% recommend for people looking for a peaceful idyllic holiday at the Croatian seaside. Many thanks to the lovely host who was very welcoming and responsive!

We enjoyed our holiday in the 2 houses of Josip! The houses are in a perfect condition and have everything you need. The 4 sleepingrooms (plus 2 additional sofas) with 4 bathrooms and 1 additional WC (per house) are very comfortable. Josip is a very helpful and fast responding host - 5 stars without any additional comments!

We stayed for about 1 1/2 weeks and were super happy with everything. The apartment itself was nice and cosy and had everything you needed. The area is also really nice and you are very close to the sea and some nice restaurants. Close by there are also other really interesting places like old military bases and a national park. Draco was very helpful with everything and had some good tips for which places we could visit. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Ana and Draco's apartment!

The apartment was very clean and came with everything guests could need. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking almost anything and they very kindly provided shower gel, toilet paper etc. The location is close to beaches and not too far from the city centre.
