Vacation rentals in Općina Medulin

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus im Kroatischen Style, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt mit schöner Gartenanlage und Pool. Mit Hund perfekt, komplett umzäunt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sympathisch.

Sandra and her family were amazing, as was our stay. Flexible check-in (and checkout!) and very friendly. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house after only just meeting them. Welcome snacks and drinks were very thoughtful, as was access to laundry and the bikes. The location is great; walkable to a great local restaurant and only few minutes drive to even more....with water front views. There are so many amazing places in the area to check out. And the jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after each day exploring. I can't say enough great things about Sandra, her place and our experience. Hands down, 5-stars! :) Thank you!!

Boravak u ovom apartmanu bio je uistinu izvanredan. Od trenutka kada smo ušli, vidjelo se koliko je pažnje i ljubavi uloženo u svaki detalj uređenja. Apartman je uređen sa stilom i ukusom – sve je usklađeno, čisto i uredno, s jasnom estetikom koja stvara osjećaj doma, a ne privremenog smještaja. Apartman je potpuno opremljen – sve što vam može zatrebati je tu, i to u izvrsnom stanju. Posebno nas je oduševila pažnja domaćina – nakon dugog puta dočekalo nas je hladno pivo i slatko iznenađenje u obliku uskrsnih čokoladica. Lokacija je izvrsna – mirna, a opet vrlo blizu svemu potrebnom. Privatni parking je veliki plus, kao i mali balkon koji pruža kutak mira za jutarnju kavu. Dragan je bio iznimno susretljiv, ljubazan i profesionalan – komunikacija je bila brza i jasna, a najviše smo zahvalni na preporuci za najam bicikala. Svaka preporuka za smještaj onima koji žele izlet na Brijune ili pak aktivni odmor na Parenzani - sve je udaljeno autom na pola sata vožnje.

Hallo liebe Sandra, Es hat uns sehr gut bei dir gefallen. 🤩Vom ersten Moment an. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr großzügig und der ist Garten ein Gedicht. Gepflegt und sehr schön 🤩 Vielen lieben Dank dafür !!🤗 Leider hat uns das Wetter am Ende einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. ☺️ Lg Martin

Wir waren rundum extrem zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und vertrauenswürdig. mit den Eigentümern konnte man gut kommunizieren und man hat sich immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist DER WAHNSINN. Alles super luxuriös und sauber. Der kleine Raum am Pool mit dem Billiatdtisch war die Krönung. Die Bilder auf der Website kommen nicht an die Realität heran. Das einzige, was man vielleicht wissen sollte ist dass das Trink- sowie Duschwasser sehr chlorhaltig sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen. (wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt :)

We enjoyed our holiday in the 2 houses of Josip! The houses are in a perfect condition and have everything you need. The 4 sleepingrooms (plus 2 additional sofas) with 4 bathrooms and 1 additional WC (per house) are very comfortable. Josip is a very helpful and fast responding host - 5 stars without any additional comments!

We stayed for about 1 1/2 weeks and were super happy with everything. The apartment itself was nice and cosy and had everything you needed. The area is also really nice and you are very close to the sea and some nice restaurants. Close by there are also other really interesting places like old military bases and a national park. Draco was very helpful with everything and had some good tips for which places we could visit. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Ana and Draco's apartment!

The apartment was very clean and came with everything guests could need. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking almost anything and they very kindly provided shower gel, toilet paper etc. The location is close to beaches and not too far from the city centre.
