Apartment vacation rentals in Pješčana Uvala

This is our second visit to the Kolic family. The apartment is very nice, especially very clean. We felt right at home. The family is very nice and friendly. That was a nice vacation in Croatia. Always happy to come back. Thank you very much, especially to Maja!

My and mi family stayed at Vesnas place already for the 3rd time. I think that describes it all. We like the privacy of the place and also the walkable distance to the beach. The apartment is well equipped, we feel like at home at the place. Very recommended to all families with kids but also without if you look for a quiet and tranquil place close to the see…

Had the most beautiful and relaxing experience. The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions to local beaches. Very proactive, reaching to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again.

The apartment was lovely, so clean and everything you could possibly want. It has a little balcony with 2 loungers and a table and 4 chairs. It’s about a 30min walk outside of Pula but the views of the marina were worth being on the outskirts and the beaches are close by. A little supermarket is a 5 min walk. Sanja was very responsive to any questions and recommended lots of places to eat. She speaks really good English. Sanja recommended Bolt taxi which was really great and reasonable, but the driver took us to the back of the apartment. So just make sure it’s the correct road. We couldn’t find the apartment as the number wasn’t shared and there are 4 in the block, however neighbour was really helpful. It was quiet so the restaurants weren’t very busy.

The Appartement is located very close to the sea, amazing view and it is possible to go for a swim directly from the garden. The place is cosy and spacious, well equipped kitchen. Ingrid was very friendly and helpful. We definitely would come back.

Helena is a super sweet woman. We felt at home and would be happy to come back. Everything worked out smoothly and if something was wrong we could always ask.

We loved the place. The beach is 200 m away and it is not such a typical "tourist beach" but very quiet and many residents go swimming there :) You are well connected by bus and can get to the city center within 15-20 minutes. We also took the opportunity to take the ferry from Pula to Venice, which was really worth it for a day trip! Another advantage was that you could walk relatively quickly to the adjacent peninsula, where there is a national park with wonderful cliffs.

We had an amazing stay at Petar's apartment. The view is beautiful. The location is very walkable. Petar is very helpful and proactive. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was excellent! Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need. The host allowed us to check in early and check out late and was quick to respond to any questions we had. They also offer 13 mountain bikes, which is a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!

Valter and Ida’s place was a dream. They were the most accommodating and friendly hosts we have encountered. The place was incredibly clean, in a great location, with many amenities nearby with just a short walk. Beautiful beaches were also just a walk away. Would recommend to anyone.

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. Particularly beautiful was the fenced garden, where our dog could move freely. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The location is perfect and the apartment was every bit as good as we hoped. Very quiet and pleasant yet only a few steps onto the walkway with shops and restaurants offering excellent food choices. We shared with another couple and having separate bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us all privacy while enjoying the communal areas especially sitting in the garden in the evening together. Sanja was very friendly and always responded quickly so for us the apartment and Pula itself was a 10/10 experience.

We stayed with Sonja and her extremely nice family for 2 weeks. On the day of arrival, we were greeted by Ester and Sonja's daughter and after the long drive there was a large portion of pancakes in the evening. Delicious. After a turbulent, busy year, we were mainly looking for rest and relaxation on this vacation. Hit! The pool was all ours most of the time, the bed was comfortable and not saggy. The location of the apartment is very private. Sonja and family were always within easy reach, we were also spoiled with delicacies from Ester's kitchen. Sometimes she brought a plate of cabbage rolls (sarma), sometimes there was goulash with gnocchi. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The location of the accommodation requires a car, but it is very central and is a few minutes away from Medulin, Pula etc. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the property.

Very nice apartment and well equipped. You felt very comfortable, especially on the terrace. Everything clean and designed with love. Only the bathroom and shower were quite tight, which was okay with me personally, just for the info if someone should have clairvoyance. The hosts were very friendly and they were very quick to respond to messages and questions. Always easily accessible :) From the location: 5 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to a small shop and bakery, 10 min by car from Pula Overall, we enjoyed it:)

Svjetlana was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The flat lies in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. We had the outside sitting area all to ourselves. Restaurants, a shop and a bakery in walkable distance, easy to get to. We really enjoyed our time at Svjetlanas. Thank you very much!

Very nice accommodation and a great and friendly host. Antun welcomed us in person and told us a bit about the house and himself. The place is nicer in real life than in pictures. Very good condition. The apartment is also equipped with a new washing machine that really made our stay easier.

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We take a lot of vacations through Airbnb, but Natasa topped them all. It was a great place to stay - spotless, quiet, well equipped! The surroundings were quiet and everything was within walking distance. After a week, we also needed new linens and Natasa always asked if everything was ok and was always available to us! There is a very well-kept pool, a jacuzzi and bicycles - even with helmets - available! In the lower part also lives the mother-in-law... such a warm, great woman is not often found. She brought us cake, coffee and little treats. If we come back to Pula, this apartment is definitely our first choice! Thanks for the great time

The appartment was perfect, spacious and modern. It had everything we needed and was spotless clean. There was a terrace with beautiful sea view and a grill. Just to mention that there was air conditioning in the living room and dining room, but not in the rooms which was a little downside. Ariana responded super fast everytime I had some questions and she provided some recommendations for beaches and tried to help us with everything. Beach was around 20-30 mins walk, but we were always by car since we wanted to see other places. The beach has a great variety of Beach bars and there’s a shade under the trees. However, I recommend to visit other beaches in the area with much more crystal clear water (Premantura, Medulin pebble beach). You can get to small Island Levan by Boat taxi for just 6€. There’s also a bakery right across the street and 3 restaurants close by, but you need to book a table 1 day in advance as they get pretty full every day during the season.

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

Great location and lovely apartment

Very nice quiet house in a beautiful garden. The pool is obviously a plus, but above all we thank Ivana's parents for their welcome and their discreet attention to us: fruits from the garden, wine and olive oil from their production, eggs from the henhouse... Thank you for their charming hospitality. Our stay was so great that we plan to come back next year, that's all there is to say!
