Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

We had such a wonderful time at Michela's place Japandi Suites. The apartment is exquisitely furnished with everything you could want for a few nights stay. It looked better than the pictures in real life and the beautiful aroma when you enter is such a lovely experience. Michela also has more amenities than explained on her listing; plenty of comfy furnishings, lots of kitchen gadgets, even workout equipment!! We particularly loved the garden - so great for a morning coffee, a top spot for sunbathing and just amazing at night time with all the lights and candles lit. Michela herself was outstanding. Amazing communication with so many helpful recommendations, always responsive and friendly, she really made our holiday. Thanks for everything Michela, you are excellent at what you do and the luxurious experience you create x

A beautiful and peaceful spot with an incredible view. You will need a car to go into the main town and buy groceries but there is a lovely coastal walk with some nice beaches close by. Maria was a very helpful and responsive.

It doesn’t get much better than this! The villetta is gorgeous. Not only is it kitted out very generously with everything most would ever need, but its decor has been finished with style, care, and attention to detail. This extends to the garden — truly a pleasure to spend time in. There are plenty of spaces to sit out in and enjoy a closer connection with nature, lush green views across to the neighbouring hill, and a whole host of tasteful planting choices (the purple accents of lavendar lining the back lawn were a delight for the eyes and the fragrance of the curry plants offered a sublime greeting each time you descended from the entrance gate to the house). We felt secluded at the villetta, yet we were only a few mins walk from a fantastic beach or a chilled hilltop cafe. Palau is 7 mins drive away. The location was ideal. Nadine and Sara couldn’t have been warmer, friendlier, or more helpful or accommodating. They were both so lovely. We’re planning to come back next year!

Dobrý den, byla jsem ubytovaná v tomto domě se svou rodinou a vše bylo perfektní, příjezd, domluva, čistota, krásné terasy, možnost parkování auta, dostatek prostoru a umístění 15 minut pěšky od velmi krásné pláže. U tohoto ubytování není nutné mít auto, pláž je kousek a autobusová zastávka také a obchod také. Ráno jsme dělali pěkné procházky do přírody. Větší město Olbia, které je fajn navštívit večer je 10 minut autem/autobusem. Místo je strategické pro výlety a poznávání východní Sardinie. Antonello byl velmi milý, profesionální, se vším pomohl, dokonce když jsem dostala pokutu za špatné parkování, pomohl mi celou věc vyřešit. Byli jsme v kontaktu přes telefon a vždy pomohl, poradil. Pokud ještě někdy pojedu do této oblasti, moc ráda se přesně do tohoto ubytování vrátím. Antonello, děkuji za vše, ať se Ti daří. Milada

Een geweldig uitzicht op Tavolara in een authentieke woning om de oostkust van Sardinië met de auto te verkennen. Ver weg van de drukte, in een oase van rust, omgeven door de natuur en toch liggen de mooiste stranden op slechts enkele kilometers afstand. Annemarie en Cristian waren steeds attent, communicatie verliep zeer vlot en geven de juiste tips om een unieke ervaring te beleven.

Manuela is a fantastic host. She was very helpful and always responded quickly. The apartment is wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Manuela left us some delicious, typical Italian cookies as a welcome. The beach is a two-minute walk away. Even here, Manuela has provided everything: beach chairs, parasols, beach mats, beach towels. Whatever you need, it's all there. The area is truly beautiful, as is the view of the sea. We really enjoyed our stay with Manuela and will definitely come back.

Una casa estupenda, con jardín y porche con increibles vistas a la isla de la Tavolara. Nos recibieron Roberto y Luciano muy amables ambos, y siempre disponibles para cualquier cosa. La zona es muy tranquila y silenciosa, ideal para pasar unos días de descanso. A 2 minutos en coche, se puede contratar en el puerto, excursiones a la isla de Tavolara y alrededores, con aguas turquesas y espectaculares fondos marinos. Todo un hallazgo de alojamiento. Nuestro agradecimiento a Roberto y Luciano.

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren beiden Kindern (12 und 17) zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien und auch zum ersten Mal auf Airbnb. Ich hatte lange nach einer für uns geeigneten Unterkunft gesucht, aber nirgends das "Richtige" gefunden. Dann spontan hier gestöbert und auf diese bezaubernde Wohnung gestoßen ... und sofort darin verliebt. Wir legen Wert auf 2 Bäder und 2 separate Schlafzimmer, damit unsere pubertären Kids etwas separat sind. Uns ist es wichtig, ein schönes Ambiente zu haben und einen herrlichen Ausblick. Wir wollen zentral wohnen. Und vor allem, soll es sauber sein. Die Wohnung hat alle Anforderungen erfüllt bzw. übertroffen. Schon alleine der Ausblick, wenn man zu diesem gepflegten Villagio fährt, dann dort ist und die Vorhänge öffnet und diesen atemberaubenden Blick der Costa Smeralda vor sich hat, unbeschreiblich schön! Wir haben auf der Terrasse gewohnt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist gold wert. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder🤍

Jessica was a very helpful and responsive host, the apartment was clean and the amenities were great, it’s a short walk to Palau town. There’s adequate parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend for your trip to Palau.

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, even if you forgot to pack something. It’s a perfect place for a few days away — comfortable and cozy. The only minor downside is the parking spot, which isn’t shaded, so the car can get pretty hot on sunny days. But overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We spent a week with 4 adults in Laura‘s house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen - though not big - has everything necessary to prepare a dinner. The highlight of the house is the terrace offering an incredible view across the Mediterranean Sea with ferries going in and out Olbia port. There is a small walkway to the water where to enjoy a swim virtually right at the doorstep. Featuring 2 bathrooms , the house is well suited to accommodate people who prefer this kind of privacy. The beds are a bit narrow, so people with the size of professional basketball players may reconsider ;-) We only can recommend Laura‘s house in Pittulongo.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in der wundervollen Ferienwohnung von Duke und Luigi. Zunächst einmal war die Kommunikation mit Duke und Luigi wirklich hervorragend. Die Gastgeber waren zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hatten hervorragende Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Strände und Ausflüge. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Ausblick von der Wohnung in die Bucht und auf den Strand. Wir haben die Zeit in Golfo Aranci sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Danke für alles!

Super wyposażone mieszkanie, nawet były dostępne parasole na plażę. Miejsce parkingowe dedykowane mieszkaniu. Jedynie na łóżkach mogłyby być kołdry, a nie samo prześcieradło. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, niczego nam nie brakowało.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Der Kontakt war sehr gut, schnelle Antworten und freundliche Kommunikation! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, war super sauber und toll eingerichtet, auch wenn der Anstieg dort hin viele Stufen mit sich bringt (etwas weniger als 130), lohnt es sich für den Ausblick alle Male. Einen Supermarkt zu finden war auf den ersten Blick nicht so einfach, aber dank dem schnellen Kontakt mit dem Host sind wir schnell fündig geworden. Auch die Mini-Markets sowie ein Obstladen im Zentrum hielt für uns alles bereit, was wir brauchten. Die Gegend um den Hafen ist super schön, es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte und einen Markt der während unseres Aufenthaltes jeden Abend aufgebaut wurde. Ein weiteres Highlight war eine Bootstour um die kleinen Inselstrände in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich würde wieder eine Unterkunft von Valerio & co buchen! :)

Rosario was so so lovely and really helpful, one of the most hospitable hosts we've come across! The place is very close walk to pizzerias and the best beaches near Olbia. We would highly recommend the Airbnb. Fully equipped and has everything you might need!

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Martina e suo marito sono davvero due persone speciali, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Super gentili per quanto riguarda consigli, suggerimenti e per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno . Struttura da lasciar senza parole, rispecchi al cento per cento le foto. Inoltre mettono a disposizione un parcheggio numerato personale. Consiglio a chiunque atterra ad olbia!

Our stay was fabulous, cosy and clean, the apartment was located close to the beach, bakery, restaurant and only 8 mins from the city. The apartment had everything we needed and Anna Rita maintained excellent communication with us, which we are grateful for. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
