It is divided into two floors: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room with sofa bed, and a spacious garden. The villa is ideal for families or friends who want to have a relaxing holiday in Pittulongu. It is also located 200 metres from the bus stop, where you could reach the city of Olbia in 10 minutes.

The house is about 7 minutes walking to the beach, it is in a quiet and lovely area, it is perfect to take a rest. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walking and also the airport is very close and easy to go to. The house is a new building.
