Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

Claudia End Gregor's place was lovely. It was very homely and spotlessly clean and very peaceful, probably down to the time of year that we visited. The little things like various condiments and containers to use to go to the beach were very handy. We ate in every evening, due to the local produce being so fresh and nice and to just soak up the sunsets which were beautiful. Great place thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Michela’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and Michela was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the cozy garden, the local guide with great recommendations and a smooth check in process. It really felt like a home away from home. A beautiful and peaceful spot with an incredible view. You will need a car to go into the main town and buy groceries but there is a lovely coastal walk with some nice beaches close by. Maria was a very helpful and responsive.

One of the top homes we have stayed with AirBnB. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pieceful and relaxing trip to this region - beautiful home, fantastic swimming pool, and 15-20 minutes drive to great beaches.

It doesn’t get much better than this! The villetta is gorgeous. Not only is it kitted out very generously with everything most would ever need, but its decor has been finished with style, care, and attention to detail. This extends to the garden — truly a pleasure to spend time in. There are plenty of spaces to sit out in and enjoy a closer connection with nature, lush green views across to the neighbouring hill, and a whole host of tasteful planting choices (the purple accents of lavendar lining the back lawn were a delight for the eyes and the fragrance of the curry plants offered a sublime greeting each time you descended from the entrance gate to the house). We felt secluded at the villetta, yet we were only a few mins walk from a fantastic beach or a chilled hilltop cafe. Palau is 7 mins drive away. The location was ideal. Nadine and Sara couldn’t have been warmer, friendlier, or more helpful or accommodating. They were both so lovely. We’re planning to come back next year!

very nice location in a wonderful spot. quiet area nearby, supermarket and beach very close, private parking. We asked if a bbq is available in the location and Antonello was very responsive on helping us with setting it up.

Manuela is a fantastic host. She was very helpful and always responded quickly. The apartment is wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Manuela left us some delicious, typical Italian cookies as a welcome. The beach is a two-minute walk away. Even here, Manuela has provided everything: beach chairs, parasols, beach mats, beach towels. Whatever you need, it's all there. The area is truly beautiful, as is the view of the sea. We really enjoyed our stay with Manuela and will definitely come back.

A great house, with a garden and porch with incredible views of the island of Tavolara. Roberto and Luciano were very kind, and always available for anything. The area is very peaceful and quiet, ideal for spending a few days relaxing. A 2-minute drive away, you can hire excursions to the island of Tavolara and its surroundings, with turquoise waters and spectacular seabeds. A great accommodation find. Our thanks to Roberto and Luciano.

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, even if you forgot to pack something. It’s a perfect place for a few days away — comfortable and cozy. The only minor downside is the parking spot, which isn’t shaded, so the car can get pretty hot on sunny days. But overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Very enjoyable stay in a location a stones throw from the beach and sea. Walkable into town with nice local restaurants and amenities. Fantastic remote beaches nearby by car. Duke and Luigi very responsive and proactive with recommendations, apartment immaculate.

Rosario was so so lovely and really helpful, one of the most hospitable hosts we've come across! The place is very close walk to pizzerias and the best beaches near Olbia. We would highly recommend the Airbnb. Fully equipped and has everything you might need!

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Our stay was fabulous, cosy and clean, the apartment was located close to the beach, bakery, restaurant and only 8 mins from the city. The apartment had everything we needed and Anna Rita maintained excellent communication with us, which we are grateful for. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a great location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The furnishings of the apartment are very good, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has great views and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The communal pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

This place was perfect! I couldn’t ask for more. Gelato spot just a few steps away. Restaurants, shops all walking distance. Everything felt very clean inside. I loved that I was able to walk to dinner or lunch and be back at the airbnb in just a few steps! Amazing overall

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.

We have only wonderful things to say about Giovanna and her accommodation. She greeted us at check-in and gave us so many wonderful tips on restaurants, tours and beaches. We took her advice and were never disappointed. The apartment was bright and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Little touches like water in the fridge on arrival make all the difference when travelling. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Costa Smeralda, which many delicious restaurants in easy walking distance and many more, plus insanely beautiful beaches only a short drive. We can't wait to come back to Giovanna's place and glorious Sardinia 🙌🏻
