Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pittman Center

We had a wonderful stay at Jennica’s Airbnb. She was very friendly and responsive to our booking and messages, and she provided a great guide for things to do, dining, and shopping. We’ve visited Waynesville often, and her guide is filled with our favorites. The cottage is nicely decorated and furnished, very clean, and comfortable, especially the very comfortable and stylish living room recliners and couch. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Best of all, the location is perfect! Some of our favorite places (diner, bakery, and bookstore) are in Hazelwood Village and are only a short walk down the street. Downtown is within walking distance (for some) or just a couple of minutes drive to park and walk in downtown. And the surrounding area is beautiful for outdoor adventures. We also attended an event at WCU, which is only a 30-minute drive. We are so glad that we have found Jennica’s Airbnb and hope to stay again. Thanks!

This place was close to everything on the Parkway, yet beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. The mattress was fantastic (if it only fit in the car, haha!).

This air b n b was absolutely perfect! The house and property were beautiful! The hot tub was soo warm. We enjoyed the fire pit. The location was perfect for us. Our kids really enjoyed all of the games provided! We would definitely like to book here again in the future.

Jeremy and Janie were super responsive from the very start, even while we were just planning our trip. Any questions we had were quickly answered, which made everything so easy. Their place was clean, simple, and beautiful, exactly what we needed. They’ve been some of the best hosts we’ve had, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tennessee. Tara was a great host, she responded quickly to my messages. Offered an early check in and late check out which we loved. The house was spacious and had a fun game room. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening we were there. Our pups loved the fenced in yard. The house was in a great location which we loved. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a great stay! The home had plenty of space for our group of four adults and two kids, and it was in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Right across the street is beautiful farmland with donkeys and cows—the kids especially enjoyed watching them. The location was also super convenient, with easy access to restaurants and stores. The host, Daniel, was very responsive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out.

Everything was so amazing. Our host was so nice and super helpful when we had an issue. Even provided some extra snacks and hot chocolate to help with our stay. Can’t express how much Judy helped make our stay so much easier and stress free 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough to everyone. It’s near enough to everything to be a quick trip most places but also far enough off the main strip that you have the peace and quiet.

This is such a great place to stay for a getaway! Walkable to multiple restaurants, bars/breweries, shopping, and nature. Quick drive up to the parkway for hiking! Roxanne is a great host and the place was spotless and perfect. Will definitely be coming back here and staying at Roxanne’s property! Waynesville has such a great charm to it, great food, and friendly locals. Could not recommend Waynesville or Roxanne’s place enough!

Clean, well decorated, everything was labeled and stocked. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Would love to stay here again! Hidden gem.

Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

Robert was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure any questions were answered right away. We had trouble working the ceiling fan and he came right over to make sure we could use it. We were thankful for his directions to the property as the way the GPS wanted us to go had some major road issues and we were able to avoid them. The kitchen was wonderful and we loved having a carport too! Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Carolyn’s wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as perfect as the first! The lake views are absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect getaway. Carolyn is a fantastic experienced host, thoughtful and welcoming. It felt like coming back home. Our dog got to join us, and he loved it just as much as we did! If you’re traveling with a dog, you can’t beat the accommodations of Carolyn‘s place. It’s so nice to find a place that’s both pet-friendly and convenient and nice and truly relaxing for humans. We can’t recommend Carolyn’s home high enough and will definitely be back again. Thank you, Carolyn, for another amazing visit!

Five stars is not enough. Great location, comfortable, all you need is there and if it isn't Sean will make sure it is there in the blink of an eye.

One of my favorite places to stay in Waynesville. Perfect location right on Main Street, with easy access to lots of wonderful shops and restaurants. The room itself is impeccable. Clean, modern, comfortable with all the amenities. Most of all though, very friendly and responsive service and support. Thanks again Marita for the stay.

Incredibly clean place to stay and very responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again. Not a far drive from nearby activities but just far enough to appreciate the peaceful location.

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

This was our first ever stay at an airbnb, though we are hosts, ourselves. It didn’t disappoint, as the space is really nice with comfortable furniture. Sadly, those awesome looking recliners were not working at the moment, but are probably fixed by now. The children with us loved the pool! Everything was just as shown in the photos! April was an awesome host, accommodating some special requests we had.

10/10 stay with no complaints. Great location, great condo, and great host. It was perfect for our weekend getaway, and super close to everything. Condo was clean and just as pictured, super quiet once inside and the bed was pretty comfortable which was an added bonus! We will be back!

We'll be back next year! Really great! Came in late at night but lights were on welcoming us. Absolutely perfectly clean, including the condo exterior. The kitchen was the most equipped I've ever seen. We could have prepared a Thanksgiving meal (including a mash potato masher). Really quiet, spacious and absolutely clean. Loved all the bear decorations and feeding the ducks & geese outside by the river. Thank you!
