Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in sofa bed (140cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private patio with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

Very nice area, perfect for dog owners with good hiking areas walking distance to most things. 20 min brisk walk into the city, where everything is with nice shopping paths and friendly people.

We immediately felt right at home in the house! It is nice and bright, offers enough space for a family of five or six and is very centrally located. Three toilets and two shower options are wonderful! We didn't use the sauna, but it looked cozy. Overall, the house is very inviting and clean!

We can really recommend this home in beautiful Gammelstad. It is amazing in the middle of the church town. A wonderful little house where we didn't miss anything. It was like coming home. The hosts were very accommodating, responsive, friendly and wanted to make sure stay was great throughout. Went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met. Would definitely stay again! Perfect for 2 adults and a child. Walkable and pristine condition.

Very spacious, incredibly fresh and lovely accommodation. 10 out of 10! I slept very well my two nights even though there is noisy traffic outside (however, always sleep with earplugs.) Close to the bus that takes you into the city center and opposite there is a large grocery store. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again☺️
