great experience in the spring. Beachfront house with beautiful views. We had a great time, outside there is a large table that allows you to eat outdoors enjoying a priceless view. The only flaw is that the house is a little dark, but wanting to stay outdoors as much as possible was not a problem at all! Recommended!

The apartment is superbly renovated, very nicely furnished, functional and clean. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the maquis (with deer) and the sea. We watched beautiful sunsets here. Since the apartment is located in the basement, it is also nice and cool on hot days. Cornelia and Giuseppe are great hosts and live in the apartment above. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk to the large sandy beach with beach bar. With our small children, we drove by car, as the apartment is on a hill. The restaurant on the beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. Sant'Antonio di Santandi is located approx. 10 minutes by car from Pistis. There is a small supermarket and a bar with coffee and pastries. The fishing village of Marccedi is only about 15 minutes away by car and has a very good restaurant. Giuseppe is happy to help with everything and give tips. We enjoyed our stay in Pistis and in Giuseppe's apartment!

Rita is an absolute top host. Communication with her was excellent from A to Z and she is extremely helpful, accommodating and flexible. Her house convinces with an incomparable view of the beach and the sea with the best sunsets. The huge beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes (but we were too lazy and drove by car to the free parking spaces on the beach in the off-season ;-)). The house has everything you need and is very lovingly furnished. It gives the impression that it is being brought up to date step by step (new windows, new modern air conditioning, etc.) and I assume that she will continue to modernize the house. We were able to enjoy some wonderful days in Pistis and will be happy to return if possible. :-)

Pier Paolo's blue house is surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the silence and surprise company of several wild animals such as deer, ferrets and birds of prey. The house is comfortable and well organized, the patio behind furnished with comfortable living room and sun loungers, overlooks the hill and offers a relaxing view. There is also a large outdoor space and an oven where you can enjoy a roast together. Everything is very clean and cozy. Pier Paolo is a kind, friendly and helpful host. We will keep a beautiful memory of this unfortunately short stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place and beautiful beaches.
