Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Pisa

We had a fantastic stay at Riccardo’s place! The apartment is located just inside the city walls, right before the ZTL (limited traffic zone) begins—making it easy to drive in and out while still being perfectly situated for exploring the historic center on foot. All the main sights are within walking distance, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, along with a couple of bicycle rental shops. The apartment itself is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including cooking utensils and a moka pot for coffee. Riccardo was a wonderful host—responsive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He assisted us with check-in and even helped us find parking right outside the apartment. His restaurant recommendations were excellent too. Highly recommended if you're visiting Lucca!

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

Great solution for a relaxing weekend and wine tasting! Friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is very nice and clean, with working heating and warm blankets! We had a good time. If I can give some advice: the pillows are quite hard, not very comfortable, and the "locked" door in the living room did not give us much peace of mind... but all in all a great stay!! :)

The apartment is in a prime location, everything is within walking distance, very well-maintained house, apartment sparkling clean and very modern and funny furnishings!!! We felt very comfortable and would book right there again at any time!!! Great!!!

The perfect apartment in Lucca, only a block from the walls of the old town! Spacious place with lots of amenities. Clean rooms and bathroom, large kitchen, fridge stocked with beverages. Lorenzo even has bikes in the garage, downstairs which made exploring Lucca even more fun. Loved every minute here!

Very nice big apartment in a medieval village square with lots of character. Go and have a drink with the locals at the bar 2 doors away, they are very friendly.

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small apartment but at the same time, spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, to get to the sea you need a car. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. Gloria's home was delightful! With a picturesque hill town outside the bedroom window, well-maintained gardens amongst the olive trees, and a delicious restaurant, this was a peaceful location for a vacation. Gloria was quick to communicate when we had questions and provided a flexible check-in/out when our travel plans changed. It was a great place to spend a few nights.

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

We found the house amazing. In the village there is a bar with terrace and a shop that opens a few hours a day. The people were really very friendly after introducing ourselves. The wifi in the house is limited, as mentioned in the description. We used a hotspot from our phone data to attend meetings.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We felt comfortable in the apartment right from the start. There was a lot of space and everything was spotless. From Monto Baducco, excursions to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, etc. were very possible. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience. Thank you very much to the landlord.

We were only here for a stopover. The accommodation is very idyllic, we felt immediately comfortable.

All in all, a wonderful Tuscan experience! Beautiful home that helped us feel local and part of the place and surroundings. Sabrina was so nice and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed!

It was the nicest room I've ever had on a trip!! I want to come back to Florence just to stay in this room!! Traveling is tiring, but I was glad to have a place to relax, and there are supermarkets nearby, so I recommend eating at home!

We had a fantastic stay at Martina & Paolo’s lovely home! The house is beautiful and was perfect for a peaceful break after a few days in Florence. The area is stunning and all amenities are as described, but the real highlight was Martina & Paolo’s kindness and hospitality! Martina was responsive and flexible during check-in and throughout the stay, and gave us a very informative tour of the house on arrival, along with some cake and a bottle of wine! They gave us recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and were more than happy to help with any questions we had about the house or the area. They clearly cared a lot about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and even offered us snacks and drinks after a long walk! They did a great job of making us feel welcome, and it was lovely to chat to them and get to know them a bit while we were there! Overall, we highly recommend this place and would suggest saying hello to Martina & Paolo if you do stop by!

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment right in the center of Montecatini Terme! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning: spacious and incredibly comfortable. It was even more enormous than we expected, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time there. Everything we needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to extra linens. We felt right at home and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area—it’s a gem!
