My property has 2 bedrooms located at a height (you’ll have to climb a few short steps to get to a height from where you get a good view of the estate). This is an ideal getaway for a group of friends ( up to 6 people) or a couple of families You can see at least 15 varieties of birds on the plantation and many more types of insects (various hues and colors). The house gives out positive family vibes with enough courtyard space and humble badminton court for fun family time. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate bathtub, 2 living rooms, kitchen and all fully furnished. All the rooms are air-conditioned and water-heater available. As a host, I am willing to tend my guests' needs and keep improving the space.

Tucked away in a quiet lane , place is neat and clean, good wifi, AC (extra charges), and best of all, truly pet friendly too! So it was ideal for our December end holiday for our family of four and our little min pin. Upstairs Cottage where we had booked is private with a pretty big terrace which doubles as a dining space, and great for watching the start studded night sky! Rooms are also available in the property, which has lot of greenery. Relaxing! Ideal for a beach holiday as the property is only ten minutes walk from the clean, quiet beach. no hawkers or shops here. Pristine sea, hope it stays like this ! Carry your own toiletries. beach towels/mats if you like to spend extended time at the beach as we did. Host is very responsive and we had options of South Indian home cooked lovely food, (appam, stew, rice, curry) as well as North Indian roti, tasty sabzi made by the very helpful energetic Suraj and his wife Vasu. Reasonable charges for food.

The stay is amazing just like how it’s shown in the picture and described. The house is pristine clean, has all amenities, located just near the main road and has a very positive vibe. Though I travelled with my pets and the entire house was accessible by us, however the house can easily be a good fit for a big family vacation. Coming to the host, Sukhesh is one of the best host I have ever met through AirBnB. Very responsive, friendly, proactive and knowledgeable person. Very interesting and positive person to have a conversation with. The best part is very helping nature and easy going. This is a must place to visit and worth the stay.

A welcoming living area features polished tile flooring and a decorative area rug. Modern furnishings are arranged thoughtfully, with a wall-mounted television opposite a fan. Natural light filters in from the adjacent room, revealing a staircase leading to upper levels.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood. Divya is a great host, very friendly and caring. Though she resides somewhere else, she made sure that we were taken care of very well. Only downside is that the toilet is outside the house, which was little inconvenient for us - Senior Citizens, especially to use the facility in the night.

Our stay at the villa was really good. The house just feel like “home”. Nicely done interiors and decluttered. The villa is spacious for a 6 people stay. Lot of air and light in the villa gives a positive vibe. The place is very close to Payyambalam beach. You can see the beach from the 2nd floor balcony. Krishna was always available whenever help was needed. Kudos to maintaining such a nice house👌

A great, small little place, perfect for two. Rizin's place has all basic amenities for a short staying/around Kannur. If you love being amidst the greens and away from the busy areas of the town, it makes for the perfect place!
