The 100 m² basement apartment consists of a spacious living room/dining room, a large well-equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer combination, oven, hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave), 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can thus comfortably accommodate 2 people. Other amenities of our apartment include wifi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, and TV. Your holiday apartment is 10 minutes walk from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, supermarket, pharmacy and doctors. The village has several shops and many restaurants. The picturesque Playa de las Higuericas beach is 10 minutes by car (10.8 km) from the apartment. The golf course "Lo Romero" is 3 km away. Alicante Airport is 60 minutes away (80 km). Rent a car at the airport, or we arrange for you the transfer to Pinar de Campoverde and the car on site. There are various beautiful and fun excursion destinations in the area, both in nature and in culture. Our house is not far from Mar Menor with its famous mud baths.
