 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops and art galleries. The sea and the Versiliana Park are minutes away by bike (provided free of charge for the entire stay - 3 adult sizes)

Equipped with all comforts, it is located in a peaceful village just 400 meters from the center of Pietrasanta, perfect for a weekend of art and relaxation. Free parking is available 50 meters away, and two bicycles are provided to explore the surroundings. An ideal retreat between sea and culture.

Lovely 35sq meters flat with its own etrance 2 levels and a small private outside area. First floor: kitchinette,sitting room(with sofa bed-two size). Second floor: bedroom with double bed and toilette, the outside area is eqped with table and chairs. A two-minute walk takes you to the main square. Transfer is possible on request.
