Our apartment is a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo but in a few minutes you can reach the sea. It is on the ground floor of a historic building in a street full of art galleries and atmospheric clubs. It has a beautiful courtyard for exclusive use, carved out between the houses, where you can eat and enjoy the tranquility and fresh air. Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location in the heart of Pietrasanta. Barbara is a very helpful and kind host. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and worked perfectly for our family of four with two teenage children. The apartment has 6 big windows making it very light and airy. Barbara had left some lovely shower gels and some delicious treats. Would highly recommend choosing this apartment for your stay in Pietrasanta.

Amazing location. The town is gorgeous with great restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable. The host was very responsive. I highly recommended this place and give it 5 stars. The only distraction was with trash collection. Italy makes trash collection extremely tedious. But this apartment is more complicated due to the urban location. Each day, you have to put some sort of trash at the front door of the beautiful building. Its not only inconvenient but quite unsightly. It was the very first thing we were greeted to as we opened the front door.

Oriano is a very attemptive guest, the place is cosy and lovely, with wonderful view. only one warning: The place is not apt for people with even small mobility problems. There is a 30-40 m. very steep an uneven path to get to the door and the staircase to the room is steep and narrow. For the rest, it's great!

The house is beautiful, right in the center of beautiful Pietrasanta, complete with all the amenities (Smart TV, air conditioners, washing machine with dryer and dishwasher). Very well furnished and very clean. Alessandro, the host, is really kind and helpful. We'll be back!!!

Apartment in an oasis of luxury and relaxation

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Nicola’s place! Every single detail has been so thoughtfully considered. The space is exactly as pictured (if not better!), and everything, from the bed to the living areas, was comfortable and beautifully designed. The location was perfect-peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t use the bicycles, it was great to know they were available if we wanted them, just another thoughtful touch! Nicola was outstanding, so kind, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and his attentiveness to every little detail made us feel genuinely cared for. The private rooftop terrace was a dream. We loved having the upstairs kitchen to prepare lunches and dinners with a view, and the pool was the ideal escape from the heat. This place is a gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back!

Perfect historic center apartment for enjoying Pietrasanta. Bikes are a very nice touch for going to the beach on Via Apua. Hosts very helpful with local recommendations and reservations, made our stay very convenient.
