Sleeps 6 people easily within the home. 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and a rollout couch in the living room. 2 Bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, cornhole, foosball, and basketball.

Enjoy Ventura's amazing year round weather and vibrant culture, but leave your car in the driveway— no need to drive during your stay.

Hike forest trails with access from the property, a private, sustainable off the grid getaway. The Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.

The house offers a full kitchen, fast internet, a fire ring in the yard, 2 bikes, and beach gear. Perfect spot for a quick getaway or making memories with family. Longer rentals also welcome. Business license #2223. After 2 guests I charge $13 extra each per night, per person, including infants. I also charge $78 per pet. I have a security camera in the front. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a sleep sofa and an airbed. Relax and enjoy. Ventura has been voted one of the best places to vacation. There is an extra room with 2 twin beds, please ask me about that. Not a true bedroom.
