Discover the privacy of our stone house in Piechowice, nestled walking distance from Karkonoski National Park, its a perfect base for numerous hiking, cycling, and slope and cross-country skiing trails. The 140m2 property, situated by the road provides a private driveway, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a first floor veranda. Enjoy the ever-changing views of the mountain river Kamienna the back garden overlooks, where you can unwind by the water.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Domek Słonecznik is a stylishly furnished wooden cottage for 6 people with a Balia and Sauna, located in the Karkonosze Mountains in the summer resort of Michałowice, located at the foot of the Śnieżne Kotły. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs, including one with a continental double bed. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There is a sauna and a hot tub on the premises.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Relax and feel the true magic of the mountains in the climatic interior. After the trip, take a break and read on a spacious window sill full of pillows or bask next to the fireplace. Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet). Welcome to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.

It is in the block of flats with silent and nice neighbors. The two-room, 35 square meters flat, whit bedroom and cosy living-room, can fit four people, perfect for those who want to explore the region - both the nature and the culture.

It is located on the second floor in the historic Villa Józefina from the 19th century. The property is equipped with an elevator. In addition, for the use of the Guests, there is a parking space, for example, for skiing and an exclusive parking space in the courtyard at the entrance to the villa.
