Semplicemente WOW! È in assoluto uno dei migliori alloggi dove sia mai stata. Una cura per i dettagli incredibile, dei servizi impeccabili, l'host sempre reattivo, wifi perfetto, location meravigliosa in mezzo alla natura, estetica imbattibile, stanza comune con giochi da tavolo e tutte le comodità del caso, colazione anti-spreco, sostenibile, con prodotti provenienti dall'isola. Attenzione massima verso il riuso (no plastica, solo vetro), con targhette e biglietti "educativi" per ricordare al prossimo, in modo sempre cortese, di quanto sia importante riutilizzare e non sprecare. Pedro e Antonia, continuate così! Che meraviglia.

Zeer mooi en leuk huis gelegen op loop afstand van de oceaan. Het is heerlijk om in de ochtend en avond op het terras te zitten te genieten van het uitzicht in de ochtend of nog even na genieten van de dag in de avond. Het huis is ruim en van alles voorzien.

Fabulous stay in this lovely house. Guiomar is a fabulous host, we were welcomed with baking and cookies which was lovely after a long journey and came back to help out when we had a problem.. Weather usually was better at the house than other places on the island and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the waves. Flexibility on departure was really appreciated as our flight was delayed 2.5 hours at short notice. Thank you

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen! Wohnung ist sehr groß und einfach perfekt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Direkt neben der Haustür eine sehr schöner, schwarzer Sandstrand der anderen Touristen nicht sonderlich bekannt ist. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.

Unseren Urlaub mit Oma und Opa war ein tolles Erlebnis auf der Insel Pico und in dem wundervollen Haus von James. Das Haus mit Pool war unser Favorit in der Auswahl, damit für jeden etwas dabei ist. Aussicht, Badestelle, Pool, gemütliche Rückzugsorte im Haus und davor. Es ist alles da, was man sich wünscht. Nur das Wetter kann man nicht beeinflussen und deshalb haben wir mit dem Montana de Pico noch eine Rechnung offen. Deshalb kommen wir wieder und wenn möglich, sicher zu James.

Wonderful spot, authentic house and surroundings, special welcome. We love vibe of the house, space outside, many places to sit around garden and drink coffe or wine, easy grilling space, beautiful views. I think pictures doesn’t do a full justice for these wonderful place.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm einfach und freundlich. Beim Empfang wurden viele Infos und Tipps zur Insel gegeben, die wir zeitlich nicht alle nutzen konnten. Essen auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick und Blick auf São Jorge, Sonnenuntergänge auf den Lavaklippen vor dem kleinen Garten am Wasser, tagsüber die Insel erkunden, baden, viel wandern, Wale & Delphine - was will man mehr? - super schlechter Internetzugang - kein Wlan - nur echtes Leben :) Angenehm ruhig. Dringend zu empfehlen: Mietauto und Mückenschutz!

Our stay was fantastic! The house had breathtaking views right in front of the water, and the location couldn’t have been better. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d love to stay here again!

Séjour très agréable chez Ivone : maison typique , bien aménagée dans un environnement calme avec vue sur les bananiers, l’océan en fond et une terrasse couverte pour profiter. Nous avons être très bien reçus par notre hôte, qui a été très prévenante avec de gentilles attentions et réactive. Merci beaucoup! Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour au calme à Pico.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick zum Meer. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der baustil mit den typischen dunklen vulkansteinen. Die küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles sauber. Jedenfalls empfehlenswert!

Fantastic view of the ocean and Pico mountain. Convenient location for getting around the island. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common rooms are generous in size. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom which worked so well with 6 adults sharing the house. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property as your home base for visiting Pico, Faial and Sao Jorges. Antonio is fantastic host.

Voor ons qua omgeving de mooiste van de eilanden die we hebben aangedaan tijdens onze trip. Als je het over het Hawaï van Europa hebt, dan vind je die hier absoluut. Neem wel wat cash geld mee voor het restaurantje om de hoek. Wij kwamen als beginnende surfers ook voor de golven, maar die zijn net even te heftig voor ons gebleken. De stenen op de bodem maken het voor beginners ook niet makkelijker. Veel genoten van de pool bij David en de wandeling naar de waterval en het zwemmen daar was top. Heerlijk mee kunnen ontbijten en dineren op locatie, zeker een aanrader!
