Born and raised in Faial, i have a wonderful family and I love to travel and meet new people! I spent quite a lot of time renovating this house completly! This was designed to be a real home and I think this makes a difference! The view to Pico island and to the sea blow us way! Exactly in the center of Horta, the house is confortable and the kitchen well equipped: with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and hob. 10 minutos walk away from Peter Café Sport and Porto Pim beach.

The "Avenida Apartment" is a modern studio apartment, in an anti-seismic building from 2008, very cozy, with lots of light, located in the historic center of the city of Horta, Faial Island, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, close to bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, commerce in general and areas of tourist interest, a 10-minute walk from Conceição beach, the maritime terminal and Porto Pim beach. It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mountain of Pico Island.

Very well decorated and equipped apartment, with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful holiday and enjoy the wonderful island of Faial. The apartment's terrace is the ideal place to relax and chat while enjoying the wonderful views of the city of Horta, the sea and the imposing island of Pico. Take a stroll through the property's garden and forget that you are in the middle of the city. Contact your host and book a relaxing massage, enjoy your vacation even more.

Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

A modern bathroom features dark tiled walls and a sleek white sink. Two round mirrors are mounted on the wall, illuminated by stylish pendant lights. A glass shower enclosure is situated beside a large window, allowing natural light to fill the space.

We had a lovely stay in Horta. Breakfast is an absolute highlight and the kitchen is equipped with everything important. The location is really very good for discovering Horta. Our laundry was washed and dried at a fair price. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Dario's appartment. The location is great: walkable distance to the harbour and centre, but a nice quiet street. The appartment was really nice and very clean, it smelled also nice. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need, including olive oil, coffee and tea. There was also a little welcoming snack from the host. The appartment only has 1 door/window, but other then that great appartment. There is free parking around the appartment. Dario is a great host, very friendly, he even made time to chat with us and give some nice tips to do/see/eat. We would definitely recommend this appartment when visiting Horta!

Davide is probably the best host you could ask for. Easily accessible, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Speaks English very well and can give many recommendations on and around Faial. I was able to check in and out very flexibly and in the end Davide even drove me personally to the airport (incl. Sightseeing tour in the area!), that was really a highlight. The place is easy to reach, well equipped and in a great location. The bathroom is a separate room, but only used by guests, and the actual room is well equipped. I highly recommend the place, but definitely plan a few more days and ask Davide for tips for your stay.

Alzira is an exceptional host, the apartment is clean and tidy and has everything you need, and even more. The view from the apartment is splendid.
