Waterfront vacation rentals in Horta

Great location just steps from the waterfront and the ferry terminal. Lovely apartment with a very comfortable bed, lots of tv stations. Jorge was very attentive and even provided a lunch snack for our arrival. We would highly recommend this property.

Very nice apartment at the center of Madalena with a view of the port. Everything present in the apartment including airco and demoisturing device which is great, the host is super friendly and responsive to requests, the place is very clean and towels are changed regularly! Ideal location for diving in Madelena or boat trips since it is very close by. We stayed with 3 and the place is small but so well organized that it worked well ! I can only recommend.

Andreia was a great host: she was always friendly and available for us. The apartment casas do Navalhao was amazing, with everything you need for a trip in the Pico island. Moreover Andreia was super flexible to keep our luggages before and after thr check-in/check-out. I would put 6 stars if possible! Highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay at the place. You could sit comfortably at the table, open the sliding windows wide, so you almost sat on the promenade overlooking Pico. Only small point of criticism for people with light sleep: the cars and motorcycles that drive across the cobblestone street in front of the house are very noisy, but not many.

We had a lovely stay. The place is as pictured. The view of the Pico is beautiful and it is less than 500 meters to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Madalena with a beautiful view and a huge terrace . The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Pico. The location is perfect.

The time at Casa do Cacto with Paula was great. We liked the apartment very much, it was clean and had everything we needed. For one evening, Paula even left us a dessert, which was super delicious. We sincerely appreciate it! We could always reach Paula and she got back to us very quickly. All in all perfect for us!

Very nice and well-kept house, very nice and kind host, always available for anything. The area is very quiet, five minutes from a beautiful beach and very easy to find. We hope to return

We really enjoyed our stay at Ana’s place. The house was small but quaint with a beautiful scenery. Ana was quick to get back to us whenever we had questions and she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. We would definitely use Anas place again.

Waka is a beautiful and peaceful place. Paula did such a wonderful job at renovating it. If you are drawn to beauty in many little details, this is for you. As a family of 5 we had lots of space to spread out and the house is well located to explore the island.

We enjoyed our stay with views of Faial across the water and Pico inland. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings quiet.

Roger's place is in a unique location right by the sea with the sun setting over Faial. Roger was super helpful contacting us well in advance about booking whale watching and climbing Mt Pico - and providing many recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend staying at Bruno's. He is an excellent host. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Bruno's was very helpful.

We had a great time at Joao's place. The house is in perfect condition, very well-equipped. Joao's welcome (in excellent French) was great. He was kind and available during our stay and gave us some great tips on things to visit. The house is just a short walk to the beach, ideally located for visiting the island. In short, a great stay and a great host!
