It features traditional architecture, dating back to the beginning of the last century. At the mill, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, handicraft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

Casa Vista Alegre is located in the center of Horta, making it easy to walk to the different local shops, restaurants, hypermarket and the famous Peter Café and Horta Marina. Porto Pim beach as well as different mountain hiking trails can be reached in 10 minutes. This property has 3 floors, a fantastic view of Pico Island and an outdoor area with a barbecue area. The house will be occupied exclusively by the people who rent the space.

Grandfather Francisco's House

Once a traditional wine cellar, built by Francisco Paulo in 1980, this villa served for many years as a production site and warehouse for the Paulo family's wine. The wine cellar has been remodeled and expanded, but it maintains the traditional elevations and the decoration and details of the times when it was used as a wine cellar. Next to the bathing area, it has a view that invites long nights of conversation.
