Its sumptuous balcony that includes stone barbecue has an unobstructed and stunning view of the entire island of São Jorge, the beautiful canal and a garden.Upstairs, dazzle yourself again and enjoy a drink in lounge chairs or outdoor dining with unsurpassed views. The interior space, in open space style , is cozy and comfortable. As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left-hand side of the porch, a sunset like a Hollywood movie, so perfect that it looks like a mirage. The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern studio apartment, in a building constructed in 2008 with anti-seismic construction, very cozy, with lots of light, located in the historic center of the city of Horta, Faial Island, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, close to bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general shops and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from Conceição beach, the maritime terminal and Porto Pim beach. Located in a quiet area of the parish of Santo Amaro, where you wake up in the middle of nature with a fantastic view of the sea and São Jorge Island. Behind are the slopes of the northern part of the island. About 200 meters away is the Portinho bathing area. The house is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. It has a bedroom/living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen.
