We adapted the architecture to insert it in a natural and graceful way on the extremely sloping terrain, resulting in a duplex with the two rooms on the lower floor, both with a spectacular view of the sea, the island of São Jorge and a wonderful sunrise. Its sumptuous balcony that includes stone barbecue has an unobstructed and stunning view of the entire island of São Jorge, the beautiful canal and a garden.Upstairs, dazzle yourself again and enjoy a drink in lounge chairs or outdoor dining with unsurpassed views. The interior space, in open space style , is cozy and comfortable. As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left-hand side of the porch, a sunset like a Hollywood movie, so perfect that it looks like a mirage. The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern studio apartment, in a building constructed in 2008 with anti-seismic construction, very cozy, with lots of light, located in the historic center of the city of Horta, Faial Island, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, close to bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general shops and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from Conceição beach, the maritime terminal and Porto Pim beach. It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and Pico Island Mountain.

About 4 km north from the city of Horta is Almoxarife Beach. In the "a moagem" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. Located in a quiet area of the parish of Santo Amaro, where you wake up in the middle of nature with a fantastic view of the sea and São Jorge Island. Behind are the slopes of the northern part of the island. About 200 meters away is the Portinho bathing area. The house is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. It has a bedroom/living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen.

Grandfather Francisco's House

Once a traditional wine cellar, built by Francisco Paulo in 1980, this villa served for many years as a production site and warehouse for the Paulo family's wine. The wine cellar has been remodeled and expanded, but it maintains the traditional elevations and the decoration and details of the times when it was used as a wine cellar. Next to the bathing area, it has a view that invites long nights of conversation.

Although it is in a more isolated area, as it is located in the Landscape of the World Heritage Vineyard, it is very close to all the necessary resources (Health Center, Market, etc.). It has a bathing area a few meters away.
