Le Casigliane, the ancient name of this court.

Two-room apartment located in a courtyard house, consisting of an entrance bedroom with a double bed and armchair-bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Independent entrance. The only room shared (with us) is the laundry room which is in a separate room. The free parking is on the street (20 meters from the door of the house) There is no garden but you can sit outside maybe for a drink.

We had four very nice days in Monica's house. The place is very rustic, a real old Tuscan cottage. You will find everything you need, it is a good mix between old and new. Monica is easily accessible and ready with tips and information.

Highly recommended!!!! Especially for those like us who have dogs, but also for those who want to stay in a quiet setting, this is the ideal place! It is about a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, completely independent, fenced, surrounded by olive trees and a hedge that gives a lot of privacy. The interior, very cozy and equipped with every comfort (mosquito nets, air conditioning, Internet...). The owner, Marco, a very nice and helpful person! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

Before we arrived, Mr. Salih had already turned on the air conditioning in the house. He lived next door and if you had any questions you could ring his bell. Near the house there are pizzerias, supermarkets and the free beach is 9 km away. We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 children and were very satisfied.

A well-maintained garden surrounds a pool with lounge areas, offering stunning views of the hills and distant coastline. The villa features a charming exterior with a red-tiled roof and large windows, inviting ample natural light. Green trees provide shade, enhancing the relaxing outdoor space.

Casarosa is a vacation house with the warm feeling of a home. Upon entering through the main gate, you are left speechless by the spectacular view. Once you recover from that and look in the opposite direction, you can see the beautiful garden with the pool, everything perfectly maintained. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-organized. Everything was very clean. Casarosa has everything necessary for your stay. We lacked nothing, Cristiana thought of everything. But now let's talk about the decoration; the house is beautifully decorated with love for details. All the spaces are in harmony and transmit peace. Cristiana personally welcomed us and showed us everything we needed. She even gave us suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Even after check-in, Cristiana was always available if we wanted to know something. We spent some incredible days in this place; our teenage children were also fascinated by the cool Insta-Spots they found in Casarosa.

The place was great with wonderful views of Pedona from the patio and the bedroom. Eleonora was very helpful and friendly, feeding us strawberries and yogurt when we arrived hungry and tired. You will not be disappointed. Note: We did find the road up to Pedona challenging, but driving in Italy is not the same as in Canada.

First of all, really friendly welcome, thank you very much. Very nice 4 bedroom villa on two floors in a quiet area. We were a group of eight adults in mid-September 2024. Plenty of space, 2 large, well-appointed kitchens. A large covered and illuminated terrace with barbecue and large table with an absolutely amazing view (upper floor), nice pool. The car is a necessity, it climbs, hence the view😍. I would highly recommend it. There are just a few small things to review. The house is not from yesterday, so it's normal but it felt like home. A warm thank you 👍🏻😀
