nice holiday in early April 2025. The apartment is very nicely located, close to a beach. The south and west coast of Sicily are quite untouched and underdeveloped. You get a lot of tips from the host. He is always ready for you. We enjoyed visits to, among other things, selinonte, agrigento and sciacca. I recommend it! (as far as the shower is concerned: it is indeed somewhat inconvenient but there is plenty of hot (and hot) water. So not insurmountable). Grazie!

We were in Mondello in July 2024 and had a fantastic vacation. The beaches and the turquoise blue sea were stunningly beautiful. The apartment of our host Gabriella was just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. We didn't lack anything. The terrace provides shade during the day and invites you to a glass of wine in the evening – simply beautiful. Gabriella is a warm and loving host who can always be reached by phone. A special experience was when we closed the front door in the middle of the night and the key was inside. We called Gabriella, and her husband came right away to help us. We are very grateful for that. Gabriella was always available for questions and useful tips. We felt very comfortable with her – it doesn't get any better than that. Roberto's villa is breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed as a family of all ages from kids to grandparents and everything was wonderfully thought out. Roberto was there to welcome us and his generosity was unsurpassed from helping with our first shop to local restaurant recommendations, we cannot thank you enough for making it such a wonderful trip! The pool was spotless and the layout great for a big group! The photos do not do this place justice. Would have loved to use the pizza oven, next time for sure...we cannot wait to return xx

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed the view and the swimming pool. Giuseppe was very helpful and made local recommendations. Especially the bakery, ice cream shop and restaurant nearby we were happy with (S.Nicola), but also a lovely trip to Cefalú - where the restaurant A Paranza made delicious pizzas. Giuseppe also recommended good restaurants in Palermo. We would definitely recommend the place to others and would love to come back.

Great place, certainly designed to enjoy in hotter weather so outside areas can be enjoyed and not put away with the wind as was the case with us! Unfortunately came on a stormy weekend beyond everyones control. Recommend hiring a car if staying with Maia, only 15 min walk from train station but area isn’t particularly pedestrian friendly and trains arent too often/didnt run past 9pm. But none of this the hosts fault, an oversight by myself. Thanks for having us, seeing the ocean from the bedroom was definitely a highlight!

We had a great time in Cefalu. A little bit outside of the crowded town, up the hill with a great view. Enjoyed it a lot!

David is a very friendly, funny, and warm host who met us at the apartment to make sure our check in was smooth (and it was!). He totally made us feel right at home and welcome -- just a great person to talk to! The apartment was terrific -- the kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was roomy and spotless. The location was perfect as well -- close to the water and within walking distance to all the markets, and tons of stores and restaurants. Palermo is an awesome city, made even more special by Davide and his place. Thank you for a perfect stay, Davide!!!

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

We had a great stay in Palermo. The apartment is very central and within easy walking distance of the main sights. Having a Lidl around the corner was very handy! Michelangelo was very helpful and friendly and gave us help about driving in and out of the ZTL which we would not otherwise have realised. The apartment was very clean, spacious and private. Beautiful apartment in the center of the old town with 2 balconies. An island of calm. Only bird voices are audible, although we are in the middle of a noisy lively city. Lucia was very helpful and everything worked out great.

Quiet place, located in a good spot, close to everything you need. Marina has been very friendly and responsive.

Giulia was a very kind host, always available for advice and for any request for clarification. The apartment is very nice and centrally located to visit Palermo. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend La Casa di Giulia to everyone for a relaxing stay in Palermo.

Nice place, wonderful location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Giuseppe's apartment was great. Above all, the location: right in the heart of Ballarò, just a few blocks from a bustling old-school Sicilian market. Giuseppe was also extremely attentive. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, and stocked with water, cake, and coffee. We had a brief issue with the wifi that he personally came and sorted out immediately. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for an authentic Palermo experience.

The apartment is in a pedestrian area two minutes from the central Via Macqueda and 5 minutes from Vucciria. Easily reachable in 15 minutes, for those coming from the train station, using the bus (so from those coming from the airport I recommend getting to Pa with the train that travels every hour) Just close the windows and you are isolated from Palermo's liveliness. The stay was impeccable, the host Simona was always available and attentive to every request. The apartment was very clean, with comfortable beds and all the comforts. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back because I left a piece of heart in Palermo.

Annalisa and Stefano welcomed us in a friendly manner, with clear instructions and additional tips for the city. Check-in was straightforward, and we also found a free parking space nearby. The apartment is clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. It was a little noisy during the day because the house was being renovated, but that's probably just temporary. We felt very comfortable!

We, a family with four children aged 6 to 17, had a wonderful week in Palermo in October. The area was pleasant, with relatively few other tourists, as well as plenty of nice restaurants, bars, specialty shops, and supermarkets. Based on various articles, we had low expectations for public transport, but bus lines like 101 and 806 were frequent and reliable.

Lovely, very clean and spacious apartment with breathing views. Quite a few flights of stair you need to climb before you reach it, but we didn't mind it at all, as we like walking. There was a bottle of water, tea, coffee and a simple breakfast option for the 1st day, which was really nice. The owners took their time to explain everything and made sure we had all the phone numbers/ information should we need it. On the day of the check-out we were allowed to stay a bit longer and Cetti gave us some great tips for visiting Palermo, which we used. We were also given a small gift, which made our day. great little apartment that was big enough to house our family of four for a week. the bathroom was surprisingly big for such a small space and the apartment was close to the main square and had and amazing view of the cathedral from the terrace. Riccardo was a great host, picking us up from the station and giving plenty of useful tips and information - thanks for a great stay in Cefalu, was a highlight of our Italy holiday!
