Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! My children will remember Palermo forever. Thank you so much, Marina <3

This place was very relaxing and exactly as it was described, if not better. The jacuzzi was so nice and relaxing. The space was clean and filled with useful amenities like an Amazon Alexa for music and two smart TVs. The location is also right in the middle of the historic district. We ate a restaurant literally right next door. Overall, super nice!

As a solo traveller or for a small family this place is just PERFECT!!! A bit noisy but once the windows are closed, you are home! In a spacious, clean, confortable appartment with everything you need! It is close to the station and all main attractions! A real gem!

We wanted to get outhenthic Sicilian expirience. And, yes we did. The place felt like out of the movies. Every corner, every wall, and even the floor had a story to tell. Loved the decor. Rooms were spacious. Parking near by. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. Thank you 😊

The apartment was clean, in a historic neighborhood, and the bed and linens comfortable. Fulvio was an amazing host, with lots of suggestions, sitting down to meet us upon arrival and quick to respond. There was some noise coming from local construction and a restaurant's kitchen across the street, but it was nothing we couldn't sleep through.

Really amazing stay! Next time we are in Palermo, we would definitely stay at Angelos again!

What a wonderful stay at Manuela and Diego’s Air bnb!! Everything was perfect. Diego greeted us when we arrived, went through and explained everything we needed to know and brought us welcome biscuits as well! The bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing, and we had a high chair and pack and play for our daughter as well! Manuela and I were in constant communication, anything I needed or questioned I asked, she always responded quickly! Truly in the perfect area. Walkable to all of the sites you want to see, while being tucked away outside of the noise! I am SO happy we stayed here! Manuela and Diego were so sweet with our daughter as well - such kind and friendly people! Highly highly recommend staying here - you will not regret it! Our stay in Valeria’s apartment in Palermo was outstanding. The space is amazing, with terraces on either side with dozens of spectacular plants. The design of the apartment is impeccable with so many thoughtful touches from artwork on the walls to interesting objects and topnotch furniture. We did a lot of cooking, availing ourselves of the incredible Capo market produce and the kitchen was perfectly apportioned with everything we needed. Also, we had never been to Palermo before, so we studied the layout of the city in advance and found that we had correctly determined that Valeria’s apartment is in a perfect location. It’s on the edge of all the neighborhoods of the old city, but also positioned to take advantage of the broad boulevards and stores and restaurants in the attractive Politeama neighborhood—the best of both worlds. There is a great elevator, as the apartment is on the top floor. We wish we could keep the secret for ourselves but that would not be fair.

Spotlessly clean, spacious apartment in great location. The apartment looked newly remodeled, it was tastefully furnished and without clutter, it also had a balcony. It is on a 4th floor of the building with the elevator. The building itself is in a tree lined street in a pedestrian zone with lots of restaurants, cafés, close to grocery and other shops. All the main attractions are within half an hour walk. Good communication with Sabrina. We had a perfect stay!

We had a great week staying in this apartment. It is spacious and comfortable and retains elements of the original style and character of the historic buiding while being equipped with modern amenities including a strong Wifi connection. The hot water system and water pressure are a bit erratic - you just need to have patience! We very much appreciated the ease of contact with both Alessandro, through the Airnbnb messaging system, and Maria who greeted us when we arrived and gave us many suggestions of places to eat. The location of the apartment was perfect for us - an easy walk from the train station and also to all the important places to visit. It is situated in a noisy, friendly and bustling part of the city which we very much enjoyed!

As soon as we entered the apartment, it felt very good. It is a spacious apartment with lots of light, beautiful large window doors, a beautiful terrace and it is in a super location, a dead-end street where there is little traffic, so it is quiet. It is also in the middle of the centro storico, so everything is within walking distance. The best restaurants are also very close. It was an unforgettable stay for us.

We had a fantastic stay at Melania's apartment. Nice apartment that has everything you need and with incredibly central location, walking distance to everything. Very unique and interesting with the market outside the door, you really get to enjoy the energy of Palermo, we sat daily on the balcony and enjoyed it all (very big contrast with Sweden :-). In the evenings it was quiet as the market closes later in the afternoon so it was a perfect balance. Melania is the perfect host! Professional, smooth and very good communication. Everything flowed super smoothly. We also got many great tips on things to see and local restaurants. Can really recommend Melania's apartment and will definitely stay here again next time it will be Palermo.

Matteo met us from our taxi and carried our cases upstairs. He explained how to work the appliances and gave us some good recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Also a bottle of fizz in the fridge! He checked up on us during our stay to make sure all was well and organised transport to the airport on our departure. Amazing stay at Francesca’s. The place looks just like the pictures, but is pleasantly bigger than expected. Everything is super clean and we felt very much at home. The location is perfect—very close to all the action, but on a quiet street. I especially liked the terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

We stay in early June, The apartment is very well located, right at the Teatro Massimo, it is well maintained and looks exactly like the pictures. The location of the apartment is near a lively restaurant alley. The apartment is in walking distance to all tourist landmarks. Renzo was very responsive and answered questions very quickly. Also provide a number of suggestions for eating. If you fly into Palermo airport suggest you use the Taxi ride share as it is only 8 Euro per person to the city and we got dropped off on Via Roma right at the end of the apartment's street. Taxi Ride share is near where you catch the buses at the airport. Recommend Staying at Renzo's apartment, great apartment and location

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

We wanted to explore the historic city of Palermo so chose this AirBnB because the location was perfect to visit so many places. It also looked stylish and comfortable with lovely outside views. We were not disappointed - and would return there to explore more of Palermo that we could not see this time.....not enough holiday!

we felt right at home. Location was perfect for reaching train and busses. Very lively area and we always felt safe. in our 3 weeks in Italy staying in several AIRBNB's it was the only place I felt comfortable enough to cook. We enjoyed a home cooked meal with the bottle of Sicilian wine our host left as a gift. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Palermo.
