Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Metropolitan City of Palermo

If you're visiting Palermo, this is the place to stay! The apartment is huge with a great balcony that overlooks the busy main strip below. There are countless restaurants and bars nearby, and the beautiful historic buildings add to the charm. Just a few blocks from the ocean, it’s central to everything. The host was fantastic—very responsive and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommend!

The house very close to the main atractions, in the historical centre, 5 minutes walk, the most. Very clean house, free parking near the house. Totaly recomed it.

Vincenzo’s place was so spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our 3 day visit to Palermo. The Air B and B is above many restaurants and at night the street does become very lively with loud music. Vincenzo does supply ear plugs which were helpful. It didn’t stop us from sleeping well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We stayed in Salvatore's apartment for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Salvatore was extremely kind, accommodating, and provided clear explanations. The apartment exceeded our expectations compared to the photos, and the neighborhood is peaceful and secure. It is impeccably organized and fully stocked with essential facilities. The apartment is spacious and luminous, including a practical storage room and a charming garden. We look forward to returning to Salvatore's residence in the future.

I spent four wonderful nights in Lidia’s place, which sits right around the corner from Palermo’s impressive Opera House. The apartment is really lovely and spacious and has a really nice terrace you can sit on during the day or evenings. The facilities were also brilliant - the coffee machine was a great surprise! Nothing like starting each morning with an espresso on the terrace! Everything you could want to see in Palermo is within walking distance - Palermo Centrale train station is around a 20-minute walk, and the apartment is within easy reach of myriad restauarants, bars and historical/cultural sights. When I return to Palermo, I will be sure to stay here again!

Great location close to a beach and coffee bar. A nice walk into Cefalu. Had everything you need. Mariella is. Great host and super helpful.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

The owners of this charming North-facing little flat overlooking the sea are doing everything they can to make it pleasant and comfy. It's tastefully decorated and roomy. We appreciated that Giacinto put on the heating before our arrival in the first week of March to take off the chill. It must be very pleasant in the heat of summer. The heating/air conditioning unit worked very well. The kitchen is well-equipped. Note that it is 25 minute walk away from Cefalu center. The plus side is that it's very peaceful. We enjoyed hiking in the neighbouring mountains. The apartment is accessible by car through a narrow, hard to negotiate access lane (choose sub compact rentals). Allow also for very steep stairs up and down which you will carry suitcases and supplies. We appreciated that we were given several bottles of water because the tap water is brackish. You must observe septic tank “etiquette” (dispose of soiled toilet paper in a bin) and there is a bidet for those who prefer.

Very nice country house in a rustic environment, 10 minutes from a small town with amenities, in a huge park filled with olive trees, decorated with great taste and bright. Beautiful clean and well maintained pool, on a pretty terrace, easy to live in. Clean bathrooms and beautiful bright and spacious rooms. Very nice living room, all white with beautiful authentic objects. Only the kitchen lacked a little equipment (no oven dish, doors to the furniture a little shiny...) but for a week it was very enough. We had a great and very soothing week, quietly, in Claudia's beautiful house. By car, many easy to plan outings (Palermo, Trapani, Erice, different beaches...)

My husband, his mother and I stayed at Elina’s place for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! The house was beautiful and was in a great peaceful spot near Cefalu but outside of the busy areas. The kitchen was stocked with some basic food supplies like coffee and pasta and Elina helpfully had a bottle of milk she gave us because the little market was closed the day we arrived. Keep in mind the bedrooms are separated from the main living room & kitchen area, you have to go outside briefly to go up the stairs: this wasn’t a problem for us - we loved the unique layout and charm. The San Ambrosio neighborhood is cozy, quiet and interesting to walk around. The main downtown Cefalu area has amazing beaches and restaurants - you must plan some time to check it out!

Umberto is a great guy, he communicates quite easily via Wh***App or a quick phone call. He sent us everything in advance, such as the location of the apartment, etc. He waited for us on arrival as our flight was 2 hours late. He gave us a tour and gave us many tips for restaurants and attractions. The place was clean and quite large. The only criticism from us is the extremely small shower with curtain. Otherwise really great and also the outdoor kitchen with fireplace grill is great. The complex's shared pool is very clean and there are plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The entire premises are under video surveillance and there is parking on the premises with an electric gate. Definitely worth 5 stars. Many thanks to Umberto, we will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

on the top floor with elevator, the room is in the "nightlife" area with many typical Sicilian food and wine proposals and lots of excellent street food. Although the area is full of distractions, the place remains quiet high above the confusion and you sleep peacefully. Top bathroom with shower for two... the host gives useful information about the surroundings and is definitely nice. I'll be back for sure.

I spent a month at Giuseppe's place in Palermo, and it was a great place to work from, explore the city, and have quick access to all the bars and restaurants in Kalsa. Great location in a quiet street that was super restful and comfortable. Giuseppe also went above and beyond to help in any way he could to make my stay more comfortable. Great host.

We loved our stay at Eva's place. The apartment is in a great location, walkable to many of the main sites. Eva is a fantastic host! She provided great recommendations for food, activities, etc.

Donatella has been a great host, available, and proactive. We chose it for the location, because close to family which we were visiting, but is a good place to visit the city too. Only buckshot, it’s almost impossible to find a parking space for the car, but there is a private parking garage right in front of the building, and btw Donatella can’t do anything about that 🤷‍♂️

Bartolo was a great and generous host. He welcomed us with a nice plate of delicious Sicilian desserts. The flat was also clean, fabulous and well-equipped in a great location. It’s in a really charming local neighbourhood. The host is pretty attentive to his guests as he has always provided us with help and useful recommendations during our stay. If we’re back to Palermo, no doubt we will book this place again!! We’d like to thank Bartolo for the yummy coffee and croissants that he brought us for breakfast when there was a technical issue with the stove! Certainly Bartolo managed to fix the stove problem in a few hours.

Great Location, Able to walk to most sites.

It was a pleasure staying in the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and even has things for breakfast in the mornings. It is very convenient that each room has its own bathroom. I would definitely choose them again

What a special place! Historical, modern, spacious, very clean, well appointed, and just beautiful. We walked everywhere...to all the markets, restaurants, museums, and the botanical gardens. It was hard to leave. We hope to be back sometime soon. When we had a small problem with the lock (most likely user error), Angelo came over at nearly midnight to help us out. We can recommend this unit to everyone, including couples traveling together and families - truly spectacular!
