If you're visiting Palermo, this is the place to stay! The apartment is huge with a great balcony that overlooks the busy main strip below. There are countless restaurants and bars nearby, and the beautiful historic buildings add to the charm. Just a few blocks from the ocean, it’s central to everything. The host was fantastic—very responsive and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommend!

Vincenzo’s place was so spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our 3 day visit to Palermo. The Air B and B is above many restaurants and at night the street does become very lively with loud music. Vincenzo does supply ear plugs which were helpful. It didn’t stop us from sleeping well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We stayed in Salvatore's apartment for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Salvatore was extremely kind, accommodating, and provided clear explanations. The apartment exceeded our expectations compared to the photos, and the neighborhood is peaceful and secure. It is impeccably organized and fully stocked with essential facilities. The apartment is spacious and luminous, including a practical storage room and a charming garden. We look forward to returning to Salvatore's residence in the future.

I spent four wonderful nights in Lidia’s place, which sits right around the corner from Palermo’s impressive Opera House. The apartment is really lovely and spacious and has a really nice terrace you can sit on during the day or evenings. The facilities were also brilliant - the coffee machine was a great surprise! Nothing like starting each morning with an espresso on the terrace! Everything you could want to see in Palermo is within walking distance - Palermo Centrale train station is around a 20-minute walk, and the apartment is within easy reach of myriad restauarants, bars and historical/cultural sights. When I return to Palermo, I will be sure to stay here again!

Maria et Angelo sont adorables, l'accueil est formidable. ils sont très serviables et toujours réactif. Le logement est très propre et vous trouverez tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied et quelle plage! le centre ville est à 15/20 minutes à pied. je recommande vivement ce logement.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

The owners of this charming North-facing little flat overlooking the sea are doing everything they can to make it pleasant and comfy. It's tastefully decorated and roomy. We appreciated that Giacinto put on the heating before our arrival in the first week of March to take off the chill. It must be very pleasant in the heat of summer. The heating/air conditioning unit worked very well. The kitchen is well-equipped. Note that it is 25 minute walk away from Cefalu center. The plus side is that it's very peaceful. We enjoyed hiking in the neighbouring mountains. The apartment is accessible by car through a narrow, hard to negotiate access lane (choose sub compact rentals). Allow also for very steep stairs up and down which you will carry suitcases and supplies. We appreciated that we were given several bottles of water because the tap water is brackish. You must observe septic tank “etiquette” (dispose of soiled toilet paper in a bin) and there is a bidet for those who prefer.

Très jolie maison de campagne dans un environnement rustique, à 10 minutes d’une petite ville avec les commodités, dans un immense parc rempli d’oliviers, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et lumineuse. Belle piscine propre et bien entretenue, sur une jolie terrasse, facile à vivre. Sanitaires propres et belles chambres lumineuses et spacieuses. Très belle pièce à vivre, toute blanche avec de beaux objets authentiques. Seule la cuisine manquait un peu d’équipement (pas de plat à four, portes des meubles un peu bringuebalantes…) mais pour une semaine cela a été très suffisant. Nous avons passé une super semaine très apaisante, au calme, dans la belle maison de Claudia. En voiture, beaucoup de sorties faciles à prévoir (Palerme, Trapani, Erice, différentes plages…)

My husband, his mother and I stayed at Elina’s place for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! The house was beautiful and was in a great peaceful spot near Cefalu but outside of the busy areas. The kitchen was stocked with some basic food supplies like coffee and pasta and Elina helpfully had a bottle of milk she gave us because the little market was closed the day we arrived. Keep in mind the bedrooms are separated from the main living room & kitchen area, you have to go outside briefly to go up the stairs: this wasn’t a problem for us - we loved the unique layout and charm. The San Ambrosio neighborhood is cozy, quiet and interesting to walk around. The main downtown Cefalu area has amazing beaches and restaurants - you must plan some time to check it out!

Umberto ist ein klasse Typ, er kommuniziert recht einfach über Wh***App oder ein kurzes Telefonat. Vorab hat er uns schon alles gesendet, wie z.B. den Standort des Appartements etc. Er hat bei der Ankunft extra auf uns gewartet, da unser Flug 2h Verspätung hatte. Er machte mit uns eine Führung und gab uns noch viele Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Unterkunft war sauber und recht groß. Der einzige Kritikpunkt von uns ist die extrem kleine Dusche mit Vorhang. Ansonsten echt top und auch die Außenküche mit Kamingrill ist toll. Der gemeinsame Pool der Anlage ist sehr sauber und es gibt genügend Liegen und Schirme. Das gesamte Gelände ist Videoüberwacht und es gibt Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück mit elektrischem Tor. Auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne wert. Vielen Dank an Umberto, wir kommen wieder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

all'ultimo piano con ascensore la stanza è nell'area della "movida" con tantissime proposte enogastronomiche tipiche siciliane e con moltissimo street food di ottimo livello. Nonostante la zona sia ricca di distrazioni il posto rimane tranquillo alto sopra la confusione e si dorme serenamente. Bagno top con doccia a due ... l'host da informazioni utili sui dintorni ed è decismente simpatico. tornerò di sicuro.

I spent a month at Giuseppe's place in Palermo, and it was a great place to work from, explore the city, and have quick access to all the bars and restaurants in Kalsa. Great location in a quiet street that was super restful and comfortable. Giuseppe also went above and beyond to help in any way he could to make my stay more comfortable. Great host.

Un lugar céntrico para caminar hacia la mayoría de lugares turísticos y restaurantes. El espacio es amplio y cuenta con todo para una estancia cómoda. Eva fue muy amable y nos entregó muchas opciones para visitar y comer en la ciudad, destacar que conoce espacioso oara vegetarianos y veganos 😊

Donatella has been a great host, available, and proactive. We chose it for the location, because close to family which we were visiting, but is a good place to visit the city too. Only buckshot, it’s almost impossible to find a parking space for the car, but there is a private parking garage right in front of the building, and btw Donatella can’t do anything about that 🤷‍♂️

Bartolo was a great and generous host. He welcomed us with a nice plate of delicious Sicilian desserts. The flat was also clean, fabulous and well-equipped in a great location. It’s in a really charming local neighbourhood. The host is pretty attentive to his guests as he has always provided us with help and useful recommendations during our stay. If we’re back to Palermo, no doubt we will book this place again!! We’d like to thank Bartolo for the yummy coffee and croissants that he brought us for breakfast when there was a technical issue with the stove! Certainly Bartolo managed to fix the stove problem in a few hours.

Sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit dem Host war auch einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Alles wunderbar 👍 kann ich weiterempfehlen!

Fue un placer la estadía en el departamento. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario e incluso cuenta con cosas para desayunar en las mañanas. Es muy cómodo que cada habitación te ga su propio baño. Volvería sin dudar a elegirlos

What a special place! Historical, modern, spacious, very clean, well appointed, and just beautiful. We walked everywhere...to all the markets, restaurants, museums, and the botanical gardens. It was hard to leave. We hope to be back sometime soon. When we had a small problem with the lock (most likely user error), Angelo came over at nearly midnight to help us out. We can recommend this unit to everyone, including couples traveling together and families - truly spectacular!
