Monthly Rentals in Philo

We had a great stay, plenty of room for two, and everything we needed with loads of peace and quiet on the property. We booked last minute and Gower immediately replied to my questions which was so helpful. The location is a short walk to all of Boonville's restaurants and tasting rooms!

If you're like me and like to make a few meals when traveling, you will be quite satisfied with the well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the coffee grinder and the Melitta pour over -- both of which I always pack for road trips. Great water pressure and lovely, triple-filtered, deep well water right out of the tap. Best of all -- the beauty and serenity of the property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Brian is an amazing host, and the Linger Longer Cabin is INCREDIBLE. I stayed there with two friends, and we were all amazed by how beautiful and serene the home and the surrounding area were. The place offered everything you could have needed, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Brian was accommodating, communicative, and helpful. I would definitely stay again! The only thing to note is that, while we were there, the wifi was quite slow. This didn't matter to us as we were looking to disconnect, but for those who are thinking of working remotely, it may be something to consider.

The location was close to the center of town and all the local wineries. Very convenient, and Hani was very helpful and kind. Would love to stay here again!
