The host is friendly and always responds quickly.The accommodation is as described, and personally, it was much better than the somewhat complex and noisy central part of Fatih. If you want, take a 10 baht Songtaew to Sathien Beach or Terminal 21.Walking Street. You can go anywhere, and there are 7-Eleven and Top Daily in front of the accommodation, so there is no inconvenience at all. Spacious and clean pool and gym.It has a sauna and there are quite a few restaurants nearby.It's a great value for the money and a great place to stay.

A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

Amazing stay at this 1 bedroom seaview condo! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view – waking up to that every morning was incredible. The location was perfect, can walk to walking street and many restaurants close to local shops and attractions. The host was welcoming and provided great communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Great quiet room near many amenities. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. Jonathan was a great host and helped me book taxi’s for airport transfers. Always responsive and helpful!

I am writing this review in fear that I will not be able to book this place again in the future as everyone will want to stay here. The room matched the photos exactly and more. The parking was easy and everything in the compound was great. Will be back again for sure.

really enjoyed my recent stay here. I've stayed at this location a few times and it's one of the better areas to stay in my opinion. nice, clean big room. had a small issue to start that was handled well by the hosts. would recommend and will stay there again if available.

I like this villa. Definitely a unique layout. It had a very comfortable bed and the living room is very cozy. I would stay again. The only draw back is the distance from a 7/11 or Tops. If you need something, bring it.

The place is peaceful, the management system is good. There is a barbecue grill for the grill. The equipment is full. If there is a problem or if you need anything more, it is convenient to contact and fix it quickly. The kids love to play in the water. There are three rubber rings in the pool. The owner and caregiver are very accommodating.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Amazing place , absolutely what you need for a lovely getaway in Pattaya . Me and my family/friends enjoyed are lovely stay with the host being very responsive and kind . Thank you will most definitely stay again!

The hosts were kind, hospitable, helpful with everything. Spacious, clean, well-equipped space The room is clean, playing level up a few stairs, not too high, comfortable parking for 2 cars. Plates, bowls, cups, spoons, pots, rice cookers, electric stoves are more than comfortable guests. Towel, shampoo, body wash, no hairdryer. Carry it yourself. Tea, coffee, hot water packets, Eurocustard for a light breakfast, cook just like home, perfect for families, groups of friends. There is an en-suite bathroom with two bedrooms and one downstairs. There is also a pool area. There is a dining area outside the house, but I like to go on hot days, so I choose to sit in the house cold.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

Perfect apartment for family, 2 good sized bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Excellent balcony with great views, 50m to sea great quiet beach, back to pool for shower Perfect. Restaurants and bars close by, good base to explore surrounding areas with lots to see. Will stay again

The most wonderful view from the 27´th floor balcony. A dream for everyone who appreciate seaside view. Calm conditions and yet 10 minutes away from Pattaya city life by car. Alexander is a very easy host and contributes to the pleasant stay. Only to be recommended. Michael from Denmark

A wonderful host, great communication, nice, spacious apartment with direct access to the swimming pool. 7/11 and small shops / restaurants around the building. Overall, great 1-month stay, would return next time I visit Pattaya. A+ experience!

Everything is perfect here.

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.
