The host is friendly and always responds quickly.The accommodation is as described, and personally, it was much better than the somewhat complex and noisy central part of Fatih. If you want, take a 10 baht Songtaew to Sathien Beach or Terminal 21.Walking Street. You can go anywhere, and there are 7-Eleven and Top Daily in front of the accommodation, so there is no inconvenience at all. Spacious and clean pool and gym.It has a sauna and there are quite a few restaurants nearby.It's a great value for the money and a great place to stay.

Place as described in Airbnb. Very close to the beach and central department store. A very small negative is the one way traffic around the building, so arriving by car is a little complicated, but…google maps worked great. All in all, will be happy to return to Mickey’s place next time we are in Pattaya

Very pleasant experience. The place has everything I needed. Located behind the bus station. Very easy to get to central Pattaya. Kitchen is very functional with a full size fridge, microwave + oven. Kettle. Toaster. 100 meter from a grocery store. AC is working great.

Amazing stay at this 1 bedroom seaview condo! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view – waking up to that every morning was incredible. The location was perfect, can walk to walking street and many restaurants close to local shops and attractions. The host was welcoming and provided great communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Great quiet room near many amenities. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. Jonathan was a great host and helped me book taxi’s for airport transfers. Always responsive and helpful!

I am writing this review in fear that I will not be able to book this place again in the future as everyone will want to stay here. The room matched the photos exactly and more. The parking was easy and everything in the compound was great. Will be back again for sure.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. The pool is the main attraction of the place, for adults and children, fun is guaranteed! The gym is medium-sized and has an open space if you want to run or exercise outside, it has a sea view and is very pleasant in the morning to work out and look at the sea. The host was very friendly and left us some fruit for our arrival. The beach is about 300 meters away and is easy to get to on foot. We'd go back to the apartment another time.

Appropriate for long term stay. Convenient supermarket nearby. 7-Eleven is even closer. When you stay for an extended period of time, there are some issues that come up, but the post responds and takes care of them immediately.　In addition, the staff member, NARA, is a wonderful lady who does what we intend to do. We will definitely stay here again.

I suppose it’s one of the best locations in Pattaya, 2 minutes to the beach, wide ranch of facilities. High floor, amazing view

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

I was thoroughly impressed with The Orient Resort and Spa! Compared to the Yensabai Condotel, the Orient is a great upgrade. The hotel is a bit far from Walking Street but I was able to explain other parts of Pattaya.
