Place is not huge, but perfect for 1 person or couple. Host very responsive as I needed to use the safe and lost my card Very accommodating

Richard was my host and the listing absolutely matched the description. it's 3-4 minutes walk away from 7/11. There are massage centres and eateries right outside the apartment. the apartment itself is very beautiful with a very beautiful swimming pool, and gym. it has a sauna too which I didn't even see. would like to come back... Really fantastic place with a stunning view. Restaurants are 5 minute walking distance once you get to the lobby, great ammnieites with the gym and pool and Mat is really responsive. Great host and nicely decorated place.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

Upon arriving at the property, the security personnel promptly provided me with the key upon verifying my Airbnb reservation. Upon reaching the unit, I was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional cleanliness and spaciousness. The comfortable bed and jacuzzi tub, along with the double vanity and separate toilet, created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The ample space allowed for easy movement and enjoyment of the picturesque view. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. Its tranquil ambiance, reminiscent of a retirement community, contributed to its highly relaxing nature. The host’s exceptional friendliness and accommodating nature were evident in their assistance with directions and ensuring that all instructions were promptly communicated. Their responsiveness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly consider returning in the future.

Very nice accommodation, a nice beach and quiet neighborhood

This is a great house. 5 good bedrooms, all ensuite. Very spacious living accommodation and a good kitchen. The house is only a very short walk from the beach and numerous restaurants. There is a 7-11 a short distance away. The resort has a nice clean pool , tennis court, crazy golf and play park. The beach is great for smaller children as the depth change is very gradual. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Great host , always on hand should you need anything.

A lovely family Have been of immense help to me for issues relating to everyday dealings in Thailand. You can only be upset at the amount of kindness. So if allergic to kindness, stay away from this resort.

Giggi summer house is perfectly located : 2 kms from the nearest beach (10 minutes by bicycle - Giggi was offering 2 bicycles), between 2 temples and 2 daily markets where food is excellent and into a small street where you are living with Thai locals. it is a great experience as everyone is very kind and helpful. In this street, there is a block of washing machines so doing laundry cannot be easier. The house is nice and comfortable with a open and vaste living room, an open kitchen, toilets and shower room. Bedrooms are set around the patio as it is in traditional thai house. All equipments are available : boiler, kitchen ware, microwave to allow you breakfast and dinner. The bedroom isn't very big but large enought for 2 persons and lugguages. There is a fan on the ceilar and one portable. The hosue is really ventilated that it is cooler during nights. we stayed one month at Giggi and this was a great experience feeling like at home : experiencing real Thai life.

Well appointed unit in a great building. Host has an office in the building, so she is easily accessible and always responsive if needed. I have stayed in this building many times and would definitely consider this unit again.

Tilava ja siisti huone. Sänky oli mukava ja tyynyjä tarpeeksi :) Kylpyhuoneessa oli riittävästi naulakoita ja tasotilaa saniteettitarvikkeille. Parveke oli erinomainen ja tilava. Kaikki toimi hienosti ja allasalue oli todella kiva paikka. Rannallekin pääsi vain ylittämällä tie. Suosittelen kaikille!

Jula was an amazing host extremely accommodating and very kind. She responded quickly to all my questions. Julas place was beautifully kept. It is an older building but the place was very clean and lots of space. There's a huge balcony, it was very quiet and lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.
